Staff ignored the pool area allowing unaccompanied children and teens to take over the room with rough housing and screaming and it was covered in food and drink. The sink in the room didn't work. The electrical outlet by the sink was falling out of the wall and the TV kept dimming while watching making it hard to see. The place was crawling with people at all hours of night and day with non paying guests. The refrigerator in the room was dirty inside.

Staff was friendly, beds were clean and fairly comfortable.

The sink and bathroom wasn’t the most up to date. Sink had odd cracks in it. Walls are very thin, I could hear people next door. The fan drowned out the noise fortunately.

The staff are very friendly and kind. Good value for a basic hotel stay. The room was all I needed for one night.

Much much smaller than the AmericInn where I live. Room was way smaller than expected but it was fine. It was clean and comfortable so thats the important part. Elevator was a bit sketchy, we used the stairs.

The only thing that could have been better was when I made the reservation online, I requested to be near the pool on the first floor. My daughter has low muscle tone and gets out of breath easily. We were put on the 3rd floor. I really wouldn't consider this a huge problem because we took the elevator. Had to convince my daughter but she was eventually ok with the "scary" elevator. She's not a fan of any elevators.

Location was great. Close to places to walk to if need be. The pool was warm and completely empty. The 3rd floor was extremely quiet. We were in town just for one night due to a appt at UW. We didn't get to experience breakfast. Everyone was nice.

The hallway had a cigarette and pot smoke smell, and while our room seemed recently renovated, the finishing work seemed sloppy. (Paint drips, unfinished tile edges, painters tape)

The value was perfect for our last minute over night stay. We ultimately chose this hotel over other for the Wyndham brand- we knew that meant quality. When we got to our room, we noticed it was a bit chilly, so we turned the heater on, and I was impressed by how quickly it got warm and how easy it was to control temperature. For an older building, I expected the heating unit to be loud, but it was barely noticeable. The breakfast in the morning is always nice, and the variety of what was available was great.

Elevator door needed hand push to close. Wasn’t sure it would open again. Parking lot not cleared of snow and ice. No car plug-ins provided. Bathroom sink plugged.

Bathtub sat up higher than normal, I almost fell getting into and out of the tub due to the height. A grab handle would have been nice to help steady oneself while entering or existing the tub.

Water in the pool was cold. Breakfast didn't include scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy like many other hotels we have stayed at.

The breakfast was ok but could have had more hot food selections. The water pressure in the shower was the best that I have seen at any hotel.

The TV confusing, awful noise when the bathroom light was on and the room was too small to even turn my walker around!
