We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe swimming pool was cold it had to be around 62 degrees, our 3 kids lasted 10 minutes in the pool. We let them play in the hot tub because that was bath water temperature, we saw a family with a 2 yr old that lasted a few minutes so we left right away and they went to the hot tub. We asked the lady at the front counter and she said it was fine and it was 80 degrees, there is no way it was 80 degrees she didn't even leave to check.

United StatesDirty dirty dirty. The shower, the fridge, the floor, the walls, the pool, the elevator... everything was filthy. Hair EVERYWHERE, food pieces in corners and fridge, strong oil/gas smells in elevator, etc etc. The sheets seemed to have been washed, so that's good at least. The pool was so cloudy and full of debris that I'd bet the filters weren't working for the last week or so.

I think they are saving money by Not offering the traditional free breakfast. Instead we got breakfast bags. While the bags were ok (breakfast burrito, juice, granola bar and muffin) it was clearly cheap. I was disappointed we didn’t know that ahead of time.

There was a hole in the wall and on the carpet. The women at the front desk obviously hated her job because she was the rudest person in hospitality I've ever met.
