We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy dad is in a wheelchair and there was almost no wheelchair access. The sidewalk where he could get to had many giant pot holes. There was glass and trash all over the parking lot. The back side door was always unlocked. People are constantly smoking outside if you have kiddos be prepared for smoke outside the doors no matter the time of the day. All the rooms were very damp, musty, and hard to breathe in. The pool is not the best kept. Hardly any pool towels.
Breakfast was good, most of the staff was decent, location for what we needed it for was great.

United StatesBut I didn't like about it was that with Wyndham you can ask for a free upgrade because that's why I'm spending points and they refused to give me a room with a jacuzzi which I had every option to do that and it says it right on my Wyndham account and I tried telling the owner or Man of the House on his wife works during the day but he refused to give it to me and I felt very unsatisfied because that's what I was shooting for because I really had a stressful night and I just wanted to relax and something bigger than a bathtub because they're bathtubs are very small the king room or whatever room I got into was not a king and it was more of a full and it was crap it was tight small puny and I did not like it at all I will never come back to this location because of how they treat their customers and how they don't respect Wyndham way and I feel like they owe me a free room with a jacuzzi because I asked for that and they couldn't give me a free upgrade which it is I'm entitled to it cuz I'm I had the points for it I paid for the whole room by points.

United Statescame to use the pool for kid fun so was a bit disappointed that it’s not as clean as we would’ve liked. it did the job but wish maybe a bit more upkeep. there were ants all around the pool and even in the pool. did tell lady at front desk on check out she said sorry she’ll let someone know. also hot tub area was dirty looking water and the walls looked very questionable so I would advise management to please get focus on upkeeping and/or get the area professionally cleaned or something. it will help with the appeal and also not make guests not feeling like we’re in unclean area.

United StatesVery humid in MN when we arrived. Musty room, damp carpet for 36 hr with AC running constantly. Several things need to be repaired around motel but they didn't impact my stay (burned put bulbs, no sink in pool bathroom so l washed my hands on the shower).
Breakfast was a great value. If you leave hungry it's your choice. BONUS: Coffees, teas, milk, juices, hot cocoa. Pool & hot tub really good. Very comfy bed, slept well. Great in rm fridge & freezer. Convenient location.

United StatesOur room had a whirlpool tub that had an open, exposed fan above it. It sounded like a jet engine when you turned it on because of this and we couldn’t then use the light above either. The two panels under the tub also did not latch and exposed the plumbing underneath. Our bathroom door also was incredibly loud when opened. WD-40 is not an expensive thing to have on hand.
The staff was friendly and helpful if we had questions.
