Pool heater wasn’t working.

It was clean and location is very good.

I did not appreciate the chlorine levels in the pool. It burned our eyes, and bleached our bathing suits. The hot tub had pieces of plastic in it and when the bubbles stopped you could see debris in it. So that was pretty gross.

First of all, the remodeling is amazing. Looks so fresh and inviting. When you walk in, you feel like you're walking into home because they offer free coffee and a comfy place to sit. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part.

Fan didn't work in bathroom. Shower curtain could of been better. Hard to keep water in the tub. Some hidden fees. Like 100 they kept on hold for room and 25 a night for pets. I didn't see that on app. as a add fee. Next time I know. It would of been better they put sofa bed in the room.

It was great, pet friendly. Breakfast was decent. People was nice.

We would leave our towels outside of the room since we were traveling with our dogs, but they weren't replaced we would have to go to the desk to get clean ones.

Dog friendly and clean. Most pet friendly hotels we have stayed at in the past have the pet smell not here. Most of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind only one person was a little standoffish and was more involved in her airpods than the guests. Pool area could use a fresh coat of paint but was clean and heated. Breakfast was ok even with dietary restrictions.

All in all we had a good stay. Only slight inconveniences 1. I love animals, but this not a quiet hotel. At some points it sounded like it was an animal shelter. We didn't complain, but I did notice a couple pet owners being very rude to the staff in the hallway when confronted about quieting their dogs. 2. Like I said , just small inconveniences. Hot and cold in bathroom sink were backwards. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. They're a little on the conservative side with their towels. A couple more in the room would've been nice. Bathroom area was a little cramped. Gf and I had trouble sharing the sink and using the narrow entry to sink and bathroom

Beautiful hotel. Seemed fairly updated. Pool area was nice. Super strong hot tub jets. Comfy bed with nice sheets. Excellent staff!

There was a rude adult couple that made fun of special needs kids and yelling and cussing in the pool area and staff didn't do anything about it.

However some of the couch arms were broken when we got it the room but other then that it was fine.

We didn’t try the breakfast. But the room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. And the lady that helped us was really kind.

Two negatives: (1) No elevator, and (2) The rugs on the stairs are filthy.

Had a one-bedroom suite with 2 televisions for some private space. Room was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We visited for 2 nights beginning with New Years Eve. It didn't seem as if anyone at the front desk was paying attention on New Years Eve as there was a small dog barking incessently until about 3am and also children making noise (slamming doors, running, talking & laughing loudly in the hallway) until well past 2am. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We didn't realize that so many guests would be bringing their dogs. I saw five during our stay. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We are repeat customers. It was our 3rd stay here.

We we're looking forward to using the hot tub, That's one of the reasons we booked this hotel. But when we arrived the hot tub was broke.

The fact that there was no dressers... One of the rooms had a funny odor...The gentleman at the desk said we could change the next day but we didn't bother to.

The room was okay except that there werre no dressers shich was unusual...just hooks on the wall to hang things . The breakfast was very nice as was the indoor pool...The staff was very friendly.
