Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe elevator was slow and the inside hot tub was not hot enough so that made the outside hot tub very crowded. The check in staff was very nice but when I locked my key in the room other front desk staff seemed irritated to give me a replacement also the ice machine on floor 32 didn't work so that was super frustrating to have to use the slow elevator

Self serve stations not working Saturday the bar staff very rude about it Friday food was was nasty rude staff when trying to get it fixed. The lay out when they have slot tournament. Blocks the entry way to the casino The check in staff were like WHAT DO you want your bothering me. Tried booking a second night with booking dot com nothing available called the hotel got one more night $50 +. More.

United StatesAt one point I was accused by an unknown person of being inebriated and was asked to leave until a manager on the floor spoke to me and realized that I was in no way intoxicated. It was embarrassing but I am glad the upper staff took care of the situation and spoke with me before making decisions that were based on unfounded accusations. I was given a free stay for the trouble and I appreciate them greatly for their accommodating service.
Great location, with the casino on the main floor and something like 24 floors so if you were on the right side you might have a good view of the cozy casino town. Unfortunately mine faced the concrete but my room was so very nice I wasn’t worried about the view. The staff were super helpful and offered to assist me with my luggage. The casino and the dealers and wait staff were all friendly, helpful, and easy-going.
