Everything, the Wi-Fi was bad, there was no break fast the place and use a cleaning and an update to the rooms.

I didn’t like that it takes all day to get me to a room . saying that my payment didn’t go through properly. I had to stand out at the desk with no one at the property almost a hour. I arrive at the property 2:30 pm and nobody came until 3:47 pm . a long day after work

Asked to pay cash twice, card was charged. Requested downstairs room bc of disability, unable to accommodate. I would hv stayed somewhere else had I known it. Room a/c was so hot & had a terrible odor to it. Trash found in room at check in & bedspread had multiple cigarette burns & tears that were highly visible. I was disappointed.

Went down early, no breakfast visible or even being set up. Lobby was closed. And manager looked like she was asleep.

I was placed in the far back corner of the property even though the entire facility was vacant. At 3:00 a.m. a rowdy road crew was placed right next to my room even though the rest of the backside of the property was 90% empty. Poor judgement on the part of the staff.

Staff was VERY rude, basically refused to serve us unless we had a mask on ( which we didn’t have any ). Lobby was closed ( sign said do to covid ), no breakfast or any vending machine access.

Called about early check in, told not available but hours later on arrival they say if you pay $10 per hour for unoccupied room (7 hrs before official check in time) plus extra day pet fee.

Only that bathroom tile and carpeting is dated. Therefore tile grouting looked soiled but wasn’t. Just old.

Very comfortable and clean. A little dated and is the reason for 4 star rather than 5. But an excellent value. We were very happy with our accommodations. Thank you! The lobby was under renovation which is always promising that care is being taken to update the hotel. Also appreciated that it was pet friendly and there was a safe area to walk our dog.

Everything was good by my standards.

The staff are great. The owner greeted us at check-in and was very friendly. The room was nice and very comfortable. Stayed there a week each year for the last 3 years when in town for hunting.

The room smelled like old cigarettes or that it had not been aired out in a while. When we got in, I saw about 3 flies. After spending a lot of time getting rid of them, I would see another...and another. Before falling asleep, I had killed 9 flies. When I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, there for four others in the bathroom and one near the sink. There was a gaping hole in the area above the toilet, so I assume they got in that way. Also, the television remote was difficult to work most of the time.

The towels, beds were somewhat comfortable. Front desk staff on check-in and check-out were nice.

Definitely a older hotel, bed was a little hard, some may like it that way though, however overall for Stuttgart Arkansas it's a great hotel and if we are ever back we will book with them again.

Our understanding is its under new management and they are doing a FANTASTIC job!! Super friendly, very welcoming to their hotel, makes sure you have everything you need, plus super pet friendly!!

Rude staff on arrival, Room was definitely not up to standard, Carpets were dirty ,lightfittings was missing and hanging open , The wifi did not work at all and after several calls to the reception they still could not get it right . There was no breakfast surved although the advertising clearly states that breakfast is included . When I called the lady she said it's because of Covid they don't do breakfast . I feel that they then need to change the advertisement as it was false advertising about the breakfast.

There was no WiFi and when told they kept saying it did work, probably in the office where they were but certainly not in the rooms. Couldn't really talk with staff they were behind glass the hold time and had a big stupid dog barking and running around inside the lobby area. Dog biscuits were provided dry packs of oatmeal and coffee in a closed in small area. Treated like an overnight stranger. Sad, sad very sad. Never again will I go back ...

Very out dated very small bathroom for the price. Old tan plastic one unit shower tub piece like from the 70's. Toliet seat looked new but you couldn't raise the seat part without the lid trying to pinch your fingers as it went back down. Remote control on tv down button on the channel change button didn't work
