Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Statesthe housekeeping didn’t clean up at all. the did not change the sheets or the comforter. then they took the blankets we bought for the roll away bed. it was sort of ridiculous. the cleaning lady also ran my dad over with the cart and he got crushed by their cleaning supplies and the hotel did nothing about it. so aside from being nice we probably will never stay there again.

United StatesBreakfast is charged after paying a tons of money to stay . The bedrooms sofa bed was uncomfortable no cushion or any thing all springs when laying down horribly bad experience. The sofa chair was dirty . Room 308 . The bathroom air vent super dirty full of dust . The view was horrible who wants to look at a roof all day long .
The only good thing is the location where it was located in front of stores and not too far from Disney.

United StatesWhen I made the reservation for 5 adults & 1 child. I selected with BREAKFAST INCLUDED & that what we expected. When we checked-in around 11:50pm, we were given a voucher ONLY for 2 adults & 1 child. When we asked why, the female attendant said that Booking.com hasn’t updated the correct info & it breakfast was not for all of our family. Female attendant was not very nice either. Will not stay again at this place or recommend it.

United StatesI usually don’t complain about hotel stays unfortunately this was the worst. I was totally embarrassed by the outcome considering our family brought a guest. I booked a suite & was given one on the 4th floor. The 1st impression was inevitable, the hallway & room smelled terribly musty. I sprayed the room with Febreze but it only masked it for a bit. The carpet, sofa bed & walls were visible dirty, dingy & stained. Could this be health & safety issue??? The original towel rack had obviously been broken so they plastered the wall & replaced it with one that barely hung on. The tv had very minimal channels & the ones it had, the picture would get distorted after a while. When checking out, I was told that I had Wi-Fi fees, which I was never given the login, but they offered to waive them if I gave them my email address to create an account. With all these issues, I would of definitely expected this from a low rated hotel but not from a well known chain hotel as the Marriott. I should have read the reviews before booking. The interior of this hotel is in well need of an overhaul completely. Overall, would I recommend this hotel, “NO!!” Not even for a price reduction. With so many bad reviews of the same thing, when will the hotel take heed of our complaints??

United StatesIt was a bit hot inside the hotel but once you get in your room it’s fresh. Rooms are a bit dirty, and some lights don’t work and phones aren’t working. we got a room that the fire alarm was falling off of the wall and the employee(male, Asian) in the front desk said just push it back in and said there’s nothing we can do and the other employee(female, white) looked at him funny and told him we aren’t supposed to do that then switched our room. The trash cans in the room don’t have bags and they are so tiny that it gets filled super quick.
I really enjoyed the location and how there are good stores really close.

Australiano refreshing of towels daily, twice called reception and had to follow up again hours later. toilet seat and toilet base broken. Reception and hallways were very hot, no cleaning of rooms, when booking motel was told included free breakfast for all but only covered for 2 adults, third morning the juice was warm, water was warm with no ice, no bread for toast so had to request, restaurant was hot.
