Our previous longer stays were in the not renovated building. Was not happy at all. The room had cockroaches. We did tell the owner and he said he would of told us if we called before booking and that the other property we stayed at had them too. Which it didn't. We had to buy roach spray and told us they would refund us one night if we left that night. That they don't do refunds. What hotel, motel, inn actually discloses they have coakroaches? Pretty much none. Shouldn't be charging what they do for staying in that building.we do know the owner from his other property and he has always been nice to us. But otherwise he should be fixing this issue. It's a health hazard.

Was good in the renovated building. Stayed a couple of nights after staying previously.

My friends credit card got charged an extra $15.00 after we checked out and we checked out on time, left the room clean and picked up. We don't know what the $15 charge was even for. Not ok. Got told by an employee before check out that next time they wouldn't accept my bookings online anymore. To go to a property they own too far away or to their other run down property. I know the owner very well and have a personal agreement with him related to another property. This shouldn't effect my stay here since I'm not the one paying in the first place.

Liked the room overall. Got to stay in the renovated building this time.

Gave our room away! Did not get what we reserved. Desk clerk very helpful but there was no solution to be had. Owner/manager offered to refund $20....but did not. Not happy as I reserved weeks in advance

Due to a vehicle breakdown we never made it, I had already changed the date but needed to change it again to a future date. Not only were we charged for the room, but the dog up charge too. Not a way to keep people coming back.

Paid for a double bed. Gave a single bed. Then they were more than happy to accommodate. Then went into the new room and it wasn’t made up. Like someone left and the sheets were used and bed undone. Stayed there one night because I had a toddler. 10 pm after a 3 hour road trip. Woke up with hives and we were out… still charged us for the second night.

The first room was filthy and not cleaned. She moved us to another room that was a little cleaner but the bed was so hard we couldn’t sleep on it and left. We didn’t have towels in the second room either.

It was COMPLETELY FILTHY!! Bathtub had a hole! Hairy everywhere,toilet was dirty, the floors were gross. Back of the bathroom door had mouse poop! The neighbors next door were a group of young kids who partied all night bouncing balls. Hotel room was beyond hot and ac nor fan would work. Pictures are definitely deceiving. I wouldn’t stay at this location ever again! Very upset the stay is worth about 20-25$ to be honest! Me nor my family showered we felt very comfortable even using their towels are were dirty!

It was close to the arena where my daughter had cheer competition.

The room was filthy. Bed linens were stained, had hair on them. Window screen were torn, bugs were all around. Checking in was at a drive up window. Once seeing the room, requested a refund and left BEYOND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!!!

Hair in the bathroom, and horrible alarm sound woke me up in 3 am and when started weird vibrating sound was lasting for 2 hours, whole room was vibrating, OMG
