Very old mattress and the bedding was awful---very thin sheets with a bottom sheet that was not fitted and shifted all over the place. Soap was not supplied and had to be requested. The very worst is that we were double charged for the room and are currently disputing the charges.

Bathroom was clean. Vicinity to downtown was good. It was quiet.

No fitted sheets on bed. A.c makes grinding noises when trying to sleep, but when turned off, got too hot. Floors are cheaply done and peeling up. There's supposedly no smoking in the rooms, however the room smelt of smoke. Ceilings have water damage.

Almost everything. Ya lights in the room didn't work well or at all. The bathroom fixtures were old and rusted. Carpet was dirty. Room was dark and dreary like the Bates motel.

We left at 8:00 am and office was not yet open. Not sure where to leave room keys.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Need more attention to detail as far as cleanliness. Burned out lightbulbs, fan and microwave did not work. We were in unit 129. Location was ok and it was quiet the one night we were there.

The bedding needs to fit the bed and the room needed to be vacuumed and mopped, which might have helped with the slight mustiness. Although we requested non-smoking, there was someone smoking outside our door until late.

The location is great. The Appletree Inn is a good value and the room is a great size with comforable mattresses. The air conditioning worked great and the shower was hot and strong.

In our first hour and a half of our stay we watched three different drug deals happen right there in the parking lot seemed like everybody there was on drugs actually had one guess ask us if we had drugs the beds are like sleeping on cardboard the rooms are in absolute dis-array hardly anything works almost no security as far as the doors go noise until 2:00 3:00 a.m. the first room we got into none of the lights worked you had to choose between whether you wanted the one light to work or if you wanted to watch TV the sheets had holes in them there were no pillows no towels the stairs to the second floor are rickety the parking lot is awful it's broken up asphalt everywhere couldn't get more than 20 minutes of sleep at a time because the beds were so uncomfortable and the threat of being broken into was very real $90 a night was not worth it whatsoever I would have felt better sleeping on a park bench and the bench might have actually been more comfortable than the beds if I would have known the actual condition of this place before I would have never even looked at it don't waste your money don't waste your time and don't waste the security of not only your vehicle but your possessions and your family serious don't do it

Not a well kept place. Stairs didn't feel secure. Room was not well stocked. Bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The lamps by the beds didn't work at all. I didn't feel safe. The shower head was taped up to keep it from flopping around. There were no garbage cans in the room.

The check-in process was confused as they didn't know who was responsible for collecting money from Booking.com bookings. She charged my card. After checking in, I went to my assigned room to learn that it was already occupied by one of their workers. I went back to the lobby to get another room and no one was there. After roughly 15 minutes of confusion and trying to find the right person, the desk attendant returned and I asked for a refund as I wasn't feeling good about the hotel and was going somewhere else. She was unable to give me a refund and said her boss needed to do it the following day. I left my number and asked to be called when the boss arrived and was able to issue the refund. I've never received the call or the refund and in fact, I've tried calling them several times and no one picks up and they do not have their Voice Mail set up.
