The location. We had our dog with us and they were very dog friendly! There was a big field where we could walk our dog. They even provided poop bags for clean up. The facility was very clean as well and good breakfast.

I’m pretty sure this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. They even had free laundry facilities, which is pretty amazing. We were there for a wrestling tournament and I was able to wash my son’s singlet so he could be fresh and clean for the next day’s matches.

Small details. Light bulbs burnt out. Notified housekeeping staff was told they will put a work order into maintenance. Front desk staff did supply me with light bulbs so I could change them myself which satisfied me. Dish soap was low in kitchen. No conditioner in dispenser in shower in master bathroom. Empty water bottle under sofa in living room. Just small details could improve the overall experience of your property. Biggest complaint for me is the coffee. You just gotta have quality coffee. I went and bought my own coffee grounds.

The room we had this time was great. The bed was comfy & the extra amenities like dishes came in handy as we had picked up food to eat in the room that evening. We asked for a room on the backside of the hotel this time because our stay on the front last time was very noisy. The breakfasts they provide are good and so is the coffee.

The facility was very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and warm meal options. The lobby is large with two fireplaces and many tables to eat or catch up on computer work. The laundry room was very clean. The room included a portable cooktop, crock pot and tableware.

The staff that checked us in was a little tense with one another and another guest while I was checking in. They apologized later but it was unprofessional.

It was a great room and clean the price was in line with the quality of hotel. I wish I would have been here my entire trip instead of just one night.

I have 2 charges on my visa One for booking.com and one.for Arbuckle Lodge. How do I get this fixed?

The traffic on the bypass road out front was noisy, the bathroom in room 225 needs some attention, ie the sink drains very slowly and toilet seat needs to be replaced (just try sitting on it). Oh as a side note, the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working!

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows better than the ones I have at home (which means I’ll be changing them when I get home), breakfast was excellent, & staff very accommodating & pleasant.

I did not have an unpleasant experience while there. It was a solid stay. Staff was very attentive and helpful when needed. I will stay again next time I'm in the area. Other than make it free, there's not much to improve.

The Continental Breakfast was very good in terms of a Continental. Pancakes, waffles, cereal, pastries, juices, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy. Hot tub and Pool area are open from 7am - 11pm, which is rare.

According to some reviews we were expecting a better breakfast. It was just like what other motels have.

The pool is extremely cold is the only down side.

The motel is clean and very relaxed. The breakfast is served everyday and enough variety to feed all types of taste buds. All of my special requests regarding anything in the hotel were granted. All the employees were always kind and working hard on the guests!
