There were some noise and maintenance issues with our room. Management very kindly reduced our bill in compensation.

Location was perfect. Centered between Bryant Park and Empire State Bldg.

Nothing to complain about.

We booked an Empire State view room and weren't disappointed. The room was on the cosy size rather than large but it met our expectations. The Skybar on the roof was amazing and had brilliant views of the city and Empire State building and also did good food. Also great location in central Manhattan which made access to the city very easy.

Rooms could best be described as compact. Like many New York hotels there really is inadequate storage space for clothes and suitcases. We were on a 2 week trip and couldn’t unpack our cases - there wasn’t room to even open them properly!

toilet randomly stopped working but maintenance fixed it

location was great, short walk to Bryant Park! Got great sleep as hotel was very quite and not a lot of noice from the street. good water pressure from shower and nice hot shower to end the day. I would def stay again.

The aggressively loud air conditioning. For such a nice hotel, it does not seem like it should have such loud air conditioning. Forced to turn off at night and then room can become too warm.

Location, room type, decoration of room. Left nice treats for nighttime consumption. Appreciated daily room service. Elevators are fast. Nice bathrooms.

Bathroom sink and counter is INCREDIBLY SMALL. It is basically the what you get in an airplane restroom and that isn’t an exaggeration. Other than that everything else in the room and hotel is what should be expected from a Manhattan hotel in this price point.

Room was a bit tight (King w/ Empire view) but typical of NYC. They did make EXCELLENT use of the space, though The bathroom was spacious and lovely with the bevelled subway tile and marble tile floor.

Location was central and short walk to most anything in midtown Manhatten. Staff were very professional and friendly. Room and lobby were clean and exactly as the photo. View of Empire State Bldg as advertised. Cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, and feature brick wall. A/C, desk, mini-fridge and coffee maker (pods), hairdryer, in-room safe, wardrobe, large tv, wifi. No on-site fitness room but offered a complimentary pass to nearby gym. Felt safe and secure in the hotel and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again - recommended. (4th trip to NYC, 1st at Archer Hotel)
