The bar staff at the pool could have been more attentive. The noise of the street at night was very loud and lasted until about 3am. Other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the staff as they were so friendly and helpful! The hotel was absolutely stunning especially the pool area, so much potential.

Modern, clean and good location. Check in was easy and there was a room available when we arrived so was offered the room early. Daniela at the check in desk was so informative and great check in host who was welcoming, alongside the other staff who offered help putting bags into our taxi and opening the door and exit and entry, and always with a smile. The room and general areas of hotel was clean, good amenities and the tech in room was high standard with chromecast on the tv. Pool was nice to hang around, clean and maintained with a decent bar not too pricey and with good views.

Incredibly loud bass coming from nearby club every night that required white noise and earplugs to only partially drown out. Pool was a little clubby and loud as well.

The rooftop pool could use a little improvement. Towels were all left behind after guests getting up from their lounge chairs and leaving. Their was only one visible staff member that was working the bar and at times would disappear and nobody was around to attend.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and modern approach. The location was great and walking distance from many restaurants, shopping and bars.

Not that I didn’t like but they left you a bunch of stuff in the room like presents and food but it’s not free so you have to be careful not opening those things

We stay for the weekend and it’s was amazing I think this hotel is pretty good it has activities for the weekend an it’s near almost everything u want to visit It’s has a restaurant we use it just once it was ok cause somedays was closed we didn’t know why maybe was to early or to late. If you guys walk a little bit there’s a street with tones of food restaurants They also gave us a free upgrade to a balcony view. The pool is amazing

It is a little loud, as other reviews noted. I think it might depend on what side of the building you face. We are from NYC so it wasn't too bad for us!

The hotel was beautiful and clean and fit nicely into the vibe of the surrounding neighborhood. Young and swanky with beautiful art and common spaces. The room itself was comfortable and just a little small, but the bathroom was nice and we enjoyed the espresso machine in our room. The location is convenient to the bars and galleries in Wynwood!
