How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The person above us stomped back and forth in his room until 2am
It's too bad it was so expensive for a game weekend but was convenient. The staff was great!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Pool was open til 11pm. Kids loved that. Beds were comfortable. Food was good. Kids had a great time. Everything was clean.

Seemed a bit damp in our room despite the air conditioner being on. We were not near the pool.
Free breakfast. Super made to order omelettes! Very friendly staff. Staff kindly asked a gentleman to leave as he did not have shoes on in the breakfast area - excellent! Outdoor bar area! Perfect for during a pandemic! Super close to our Lambeau Field evrnt.

The door to the room would not close real well.

No complaints. We were told that there will be some updating but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Location was perfect for the evening we had planned. The omelet for breakfast was amazing. Loved Maria! She is very kind, and her smile and friendliness is very welcoming. She was an excellent hostess! You are blessed to have her working for your Best Western. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating! Quick to please and very helpful.

Location was great..Great breakfast which is included in the price. Always had coffee on hand. If you like a few drinks the bar is good. They also serve food. Very friendly

Had a pool view room. Children were screaming and running up and down the halls at 11pm and again by 6:15.

The hotel let people from nearby events park there, hard to find a parking spot . One time there was only 1 parking spot .

We had a poolside room (123) without a window overlooking the pool area. It appeared all the other poolside rooms had windows overlooking the pool. Also, our room was right next to the ice machine, which some people decided to use prior to 8:oo AM.
Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was comfy. I travel with my service dogs and they were very accommodating. Grassy area for their outside excursions. Has all the charm of a well-maintained older resort feeling hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

The location of the room was horrible, above the pool and recreation area. Very loud noises, music, people shouting, screaming all day until late hours " 11 PM ". Unable to rest, nap, read quietly. I did call the reception when it was getting late at night, and the attendant( between 8 pm and 11 pm) gave me the cold shoulder treatment, Ex: deal with the ! No offer to change room or please us in any way. We had a long 21-mile walk the next day and needed to rest, and it wasn't until past midnight that we just started to get some rest. Sunday morning, we were awakened by the same group of people, shouting, running, and playing in the corridors. Nobody ever came by, or we heard anyone from the desk trying to make the corrections . I called the reception twice Friday night and told them about my complain, concerns, and plans to write a review, and he wasn't too concerned about it. I did write my review in Yelp! I have stayed with Best Western through the country countless times and never were treated like that.
Location, breakfast, and room was clean.

We stayed to go to the Green Bay Packers game. The location was excellent - walking distance to Lambeau Field and restaurants after the game. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would 10/10 stay again!

The motel charged my credit card for the room even though i had already paid for it through booking.com. I have called but cannot seem to get anyone to correct this mistake. It is so frustrating.
