I was surprised that they did not have a coffee maker in the room. You had to order it from room service. The earliest being 7am.

It was cozy and quaint. Not a normal hotel. It had a courtyard that had a gazebo and tables and chairs and you could play cornhole. Rocking chairs outside your room. An outside bar. It had a dining room so you could get room service too.

Sink drain was partially stopped up. Flapper on toilet needs replacing because it leaks and makes the water supply cycle on from time to time. These were very minor, but knee management would want to know.

Because of location, you can hear the street outside at night. Not really the hotel’s fault.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very convenient location. The Dramyard was also great for food! Very pet friendly. Also liked that you can simply text to reach out to front desk/staff for questions, checkout, valet, etc.

Not a major problem, but my husband had trouble with the stairs to the room. There were only two rooms left, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. We chose the one on the second floor because of this.

The location was wonderful, right on the edge of the Historic district. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was always ready to help.

Excellent property. Convenient location. Walkable to historic Wilmington, Thalian Hall and restaurants. Lovely rocking chairs outside rooms. Great ambiance with multiple fire pits for evening relaxation. Parking options: valet, street or nearby parking lot. No elevator. No coffee in room but available at onsite restaurant. Will definitely return.

Noisy, rattling fan in the room disturbed our sleep and we couldn’t turn it off. A bit expensive considering no tea or coffee in the room and noisiness. They don’t really explain you can park for free on the street overnight but we figured it out on our own.

Great location for walking around the city. Pretty courtyard and comfortable bed.

Not to sure about the mini bar situation. We ate one bag of popcorn and they said we took more and charged an additional $45.00. When I called to ask about it the gentleman made it sound like there was no discussion to be had. So next time I will be taking the snack basket down to the desk. This is the only reason I didn't give them a 10/10 rating.

The Arrive was a hidden romantic gem. The courtyard is quaint, with individual fire pits. Giving you the feel of private intimacy. There were even rocking chairs just outside the door to sit and talk in the cool air. Very enjoyable room with comfortable beds.

The room did have a noisy air vent, but I ended up sleeping with ear plugs in without any issues.

Such a wonderful property - hope to stay again next time! The brunch and coffee were delicious. The room design was lovely! Very comfortable bed.
