Some deco is a little tired and of course the space is right on the main road.

Patrick - the guy who checked us in . He was a real treat. Welcoming and had a great vibe. You felt he couldn't do any more for you! The breakfast was a great bonus too and so too the eco friendly products on offer.

The room could have used a small table and extra chair. Also a room safe.

The staff was exceptional, helpful and very friendly. The shower in the bathroom was to die for! The motion sensor overhead lighting was convenient as were the touch control lamps. The room was equipped with more usb ports than we could have ever used and were in very accessible locations throughout the room. The microwave oven, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee device were an added bonus.

Not a dislike, by any means, but the location is at a quieter end of town so expect 5-10 minute drive to main restaurants, etc.

Most enjoyable. Great staff, and the property, while in good shape, is clearly in the process of being upgraded, so we look forward to checking back in sometime in the future. Also close to a great beach and park.

The highway is really noisy, it depends on which room you are.

We had an issue with the TV, the man from the reception was not able to fix it so he upgraded us in another room with balcony, which was better from the first one. The parking was available for free and the breakfast is more than welcome ! It’s actually a snack spot, but enough even if you’re hungry.

We asked for housekeeping or someone to bring up additional items we ran out of at 7am and at 2pm in the afternoon it still wasn’t provided. We had to ask 3 times.

The second night we were startled at 8:30 PM by Larry from the front desk who knocked on our door and proceeded to open it. My companion who was sound asleep jumped out of bed and slammed the door to keep it closed. Both our hearts beating fast thankfully the latch was on the door so he couldn’t open it wildly. Larry standing outside the door yelled sorry “he was just checking to see if it was occupied”. Larry was the person who checked us in! He knew we were there for two nights! Why wouldn’t he first called the room?? And after knocking at the door, you wait to see if there’s a response, and not proceed to open it that’s very strange. Needless to say it left us with our hearts racing for hours . And he seemed like a very nice person when we checked in we really liked him….. We thought the manager of this hotel should know this.

A bit dated, showing some wear in the bathroom. Stairwell needed sweeping, littered with cigarettes butts.

Quiet, close to beach. A great shower, comfy bed.

Wifi signal was very weak, design and furnishings could use some updating, pretty pricey for a non-luxury hotel

Water pressure in the bath was a little low. The laundry machine only accepts payment via App. It was a little difficult for us to load in our foreign credit card details.

Although it's not smack in town centre or facing the beach, we loved the convenience of a sheltered car park and a public bus stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was yummie. Loved the bagels, yoghurt, coffee, cereals, juice and fruits. Crystal Cove was about 2miles to the right and we could get our groceries from Traders Joe. The Acai ice cream few shops down was yummie too. The room was very comfy. There were many USB and electrical sockets all around the room; at the desk and next to the beds. TV was huge somewhere close to a 65"?

Only minor as it worked a treat, but the air conditioning unit was a bit loud. But blocked any outside noise so wasn’t an issue really.

Michael cheerfully greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was on second floor - elevator available. Room was spacious and fit our family of 4 nicely. Spacious room - 2 queen beds. Large tv. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was great. Pool refreshing. One issue with blocked toilet was quickly fixed.

The breakfast was a bit scant. Would have liked more fresh options. There was no fruit or eggs. Only one kind of bagel. Other fresh bread items like muffins or banana bread would have been nice. Went to a restaurant the next day. The location was alright. We had to drive or Uber to town. The trolleys did not go down the hill, only up, so it was not reliable to get to and from the center of town.

The air conditioner in room was louder than normal if you are a light sleeper. We had balcony on 2nd floor this is towards the very busy main road so it is loud at times .

Loved this place. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable! One of the most comfortable beds ever. Large room well and equipped . Nice cold breakfast to get your day started. Parking garage was great convenience. Short walk to beach. This walk is a steep hill but you can drive and hope for a parking space. The beach is breathtaking! They even had umbrellas, beach chairs and other beach items to use. The pool was nice after a day at the beach.. Note the pool is only 3-4.5 feet deep. Great plus is the robes they are heaven must give them a try!!! Laguna has a trolley that you can ride for free up and down the strip. Would definitely go back.

Housekeeping gave fresh towels and emptied garbage but didn't make beds or clean each day 🤷🤦‍♀️

Location was perfect. Not near downtown but near the perfect park to watch the sunset and view of Crescent Bay Beach. Larry at the evening front desk was great 👍🏻. Hotel was quiet with nice of small pool and breakfast.

The floor in our room felt sandy and when walking barefoot my feet got dirty. I wish you had shower chairs available and more handicap parking.

There was some mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, but other than that, the room was clean. There wasn’t much for breakfast, so we had to buy breakfast each day, but it was worth it to try some new restaurants.
