Doors could be quieter to open and close, got woke up early due to doors closing from neighboring rooms...otherwise everything good

Need non slip in tubs. Also was disappointed they didn’t match online booking fee when we added a day given the circumstances.

Breakfast was disappointing! Sausage and eggs were questionable! No gravy for biscuits. "kleenex" tissues were like sandpaper. Tough when you have allergies! TP was lowest grade!! Room especially bathroom needs some touch up repairs/paint. Bedspreads needed washing. At least 1 electrical outlet didn't work. Had to unplug standing lamp to charge my phone at night.

Great Waffles! Staff was GREAT! Friendly and helpful!! Appreciated having a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave!

Convenient to I-71 and US-250. Didn’t go into the pool, but its room had some chairs where we could relax and chat with local friends - no need to invite to our room.

The free coffee tasted bad, like dirty old dishwatet.

Desk staff was very nice, all smiling and very helpful, she went far above getting me settled in quickly. Very accoodating with showing me were to park my Tour Bus for the night.

The hotel does not have an elevator which was not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Initially, we were given a 2nd floor room but when I asked where the elevator was, I found out that an elevator did not exist. Fortunately, a ground floor room was available, or we would have had a problem.

The hosts were excellent - very gracious and helpful.

When I stay at a hotel, it's because I Want and Need to SLEEP. this hotel, made you get up Early if you wanted breakfast. Breakfast was only from 6-9am! This is absolutely ridiculous. So my whole family got up for breakfast very early, and it was absolutely Not Good... the scrambled eggs were swimming in water!! I told the owner and he said, people usually slide the eggs to one side and scoop them out. Ew!!! The sausage was gross, and the biscuits were dried out.

Doors didn’t shut and lock without slamming them or pulling shut. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Hot tube was not useable only reason I picked this hotel

What we needed it for it was pleasant. The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, but it served the purpose. Staff was very nice, and the room was clean and satisfactory.

Beds were very uncomfortable and kept sliding off the frame. Toilet tank kept refilling every 5 minutes very loud throughout the night. Pool and hot tub were under construction.

Difficult changing a single king bed to 2 queen beds when a third relative came with us

There was a "wet dog" odor at the entrance closest to our room. Also a very mildew-like odor in our bathroom. We discovered water seeping up through the floor tiles in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk. We were given two rags to absorb the water and were told the problem would be reported. We did not use bare feet in the bath after that. The breakfast was AWFUL! Hockey puck biscuits, honey that was so hard you couldn't get it out of the little container, and disc-shaped eggs with unidentifiable meat sausage.

The king room was on the ground floor and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini-refrigerator with freezer and a microwave. The room was clean for the most part and the front desk person was pleasant.

There was no elevator. Hot tub did not work . Breakfast wasn't very good . And the carpet in hallways smelled old .

That it was close to interstate and restaurants and a walmart for all our needs .the staff was very nice . There was plenty of close parking .liked having a couch and coffee table in our room made for a more home like feel . Was a nice stay for the weekend wedding we were attending .
