We are tall so the top of the fridge could use a wipe down. There were some spots on the wall by the kitchen table which looked like some thing splashed there. It could use a wipe down too. Otherwise it was very clean.

The room was great. Loved the tall shower and water pressure. The breakfast was good with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly.

Everyone was so friendly it was very clean. We had our four-year-old miniature Aussie with us and she was well behaved. We happen to come in on a Wednesday evening and have free pizza and the breakfast. The next morning was excellent thanks to Aprill supervising.

Parking not enough parking spaces for the guest.

The carpet is stained, but as a pet-friendly hotel, this was not unexpected. A few outlets seemed to not work.

The family suite was perfect for a big family like ours to stay all together. The little welcome gift of popcorn in the room was a nice touch, and having a kitchenette stocked with several utensils was helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast hostess was very kind and helpful. I was impressed that DVD's and computers/scanners were available for guests; we were only in the area one night, but this would be a great hotel for a longer stay.

Food was ok. Don't expect much. Carpet furniture and bedding was a little dated but for the price you can't beat it.

Great prices and so very accommodating. All the conveniences of home. Satellite TV and staff is super nice. This is a mom and pop type hotel and not big corporate. Don't expect luxury. It's more like staying overnight at your grandma's house. Will be my go to when I am visiting the Cincinnati area 2-3 times a year.

There wasn't enough parking There was a truck, like a small moving truck, parked sideways take up 3 or 4 spots. When I got back from Lexington after midnight there were no regular parking spots. That is the only complaint I have. Michelle was wonderful and Jose was great cleaning my room

They could add a few more options to the breakfast menu! Other than that , I totally enjoyed my stay at this fine hotel! Keep up the great work is what I'd tell the staff! They were wonderful! Top notch hotel!

The bed was comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room came with a full kitchen which you don't see often in a hotel! The breakfast was quite good! It was pretty much overall a hidden gem of a hotel especially if you are going to see the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum!

The mattress was a bit hard and bouncy. The pillows were to soft for my teste. But staff promptly brought me an extra pillow.

I felt that the Continental breakfast was fine but my preference would have been more eggs. The description of the breakfast online could have been more clear that it is a Continental breakfast.

The location is good. The room had a kitchen which we didn't use but it was very nice. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the bed. It was a little too hard for me. There was no give but other than that it was great.

We really enjoyed everything! The location was perfect and it’s a cute hotel. We had a studio apartment style room so it was nice and spacious. It’s the halfway point from our house in Michigan to Gatlinburg Tn. The morning attendant was very kind!
