The parking, elevators were confusing at first and it was hard to get our luggage to the 3rd floor to check in. I felt it was a little over priced with the condition it was in being a little outdated.

The only thing we didn't like is being woken up at 6/6:30am every morning listening to the powered leaf blower that went on for what seemed like 45 minutes. We had an ocean front room and we would have appreciated peace and quiet first thing in the morning when looking out at the ocean. The leaf blower was very annoying and by the 3rd day we had had enough. I did message the hotel about it but never heard anything back from them.

THE WET FLOORS ON LEVEL 3 WERE A BIT OF A CONCERN.

THE LOCATION is just fantastic, our room was great and the beach was ok. The jellyfish were a nuisance.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Apparently the other beds were quite comfortable, I got the raw deal.

View of the beach was the highlight of the property.

Housekeeping were very poor. We stayed for 4 days and have our beds made once - and they only made one bed and left the other

I didnt like that we had to fuss to get our room cleaned. And when we called, they told us that it had been cleaned the day before, which it hadnt. Also, when we first checked in, there was a qtip on the floor. Which made us question how clean the room actually was

We liked the location. Super close to the beach and in walking distance to everything. We were appreciative of them letting us check in early. Also liked the refillable water stations throughout the hotel

The walls are very thin so you could hear your neighbor's conversations and people being noisy outside. There was a lot of traffic and sometimes took quite a long time before you could cross the street to the beach.

The location was great! It is a little away from the main, busier beach area. The beach is directly across the street from the hotel, very easy to access. The surroundings are beautiful. Bonus that the hotel is located right next to the Honolulu zoo!

First room smelled like vomit. Staff were great to move us to another room. But the second room had a sewer smell that seemed to come from air conditioner. So we had to turn air conditioner off to make it bearable.

The valet takes a long time . Over 20 min each time . Even texting the number doesn’t work you will still wait . Takes a long time for the room to get cool. Ac works slow. Cable doesn’t work, the shows /movies kept freezing. Yes we watch TV while getting ready going to sleep .

Amazing location, friendly staff, really enjoyed the view and breakfast. The pool was a big hit for my kid

Room was not thoroughly cleaned when we got there and can hear lots of noise from outside. On the other hand, our room was taking care of every other day during our stay as i requested. No shuttle to/from airport cost us almost $100.

Love the location & convenience as well as the service! Love the pool and restaurant/bar area! Also housekeeping did great in following up, cleaning our room every other day. The text messaging service was of great help as they are checking on us daily! I was able to store our luggage after check out & was also able to extend an hour of our check out time.
