A quick walk to the beach and main street. Good view past other buildings. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Fold out sofa bed very comfortable. Took us a while to figure out there was no electric kettle - stove top kettle stored with the pots and pans. The lifts are infrequent and shared with the staff moving equipment around the building. Small shop on site which has all essentials and ABC close by for other needs.

The carpet was very dated.

My room on the 21st floor had partial ocean view, and amazing view of Diamond Head. It was a 1 br condo. And every floor has washer and dryer. It is located just above the Marriot, and just a 5 min walk to Kuhio Beach.

Parking garage attendant instructed me to look for a parking space on the level #1 only because my truck is to tall in height to proceed to the upper levels, I went to first level and found no place to park and returned down to ramp to exit an the factory equipped satellite transponder was torn off the vehicle. With very limited first come first serve street parking being all but non existent I parked near the zoo and had to renew my parking display ticket every 4 hrs or risk being towed. So if you have a small truck ( mine was a Nissan) be aware of satellite transponder damage potential or if you are renting a vehicle confirm nothing is above 6’. The older hotels seem to have a 6’ clearance while the newer hotels constructed have a 6’-6” clearance height. Oh, and the $30.00 guest amenities fee charged above the actual advertised room rate does not include free ice or garage parking parking which is an additional $25.00 per day, the ice maker in the rooms are adequate for in room beverages but not sufficient for a cooler for day at the beach.

Great room, friendly staff and recreation area was great. We were made aware of potential for temp interruptions of plumbing.

Nothing to really dislike, some repair works going on didn’t disrupt our stay.

Close to Kuhio beach, St.Augustine’s by the Sea Church and any essential shopping needs while just far enough away to be reasonably quiet. Yes, while a little old the rooms were very clean and spacious with good views. Staff friendly and obliging. Very close to ‘The Bus’ routes to Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, if you wanted to use that travel mode.

2 people slept on a sofa bed which had seen better days. The support had gone in the bed and the thin mattress was terrible to sleep on. This piece of furniture needs replacing immediately as is unacceptable for what you pay for accomodation in Hawaii

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was a decently appointed apartment with enough space for 4 people to comfortably stay. It was a great location being an easy walk to everything in the Waikiki area.

The location is good, walking distance to the beach. I arrived earlier than the check in time and the room was ready and they upgraded it to ocean view which is great!

The pool was closed which was disappointing.

Room was spacious and provided a full kitchen dining area and lounge. The view from the balcony was stunning. This was the 3rd time I have stayed there.

We had 4 of us and the room was a king and a roll out queen. Ok for my wife and I but 2 boys sharing a sofa roll-out with no alternative was ordinary

Servicing only once after three days (they didn't do ours had to follow up) when you are paying these kinds of prices I feel is a bit under delivering, also I know its a north american thing but a jug (hot water kettle they might describe as) not being available meant making a cup of tea or anything other than coffee pretty tricky.

Location was excellent just back a coupler of blocks from the beach and walking distance to most things. Room was nice and comfortable and staff were really good.

Furnishing a little outdated and we did not manage to turn on the TV - none of the remotes seemed to work.

The hotel is close to the beach and many good places to eat. It has a nice swimming pool, and the rooms are comfy.

The construction work that was taking place when I was there.

The room was clean and comfortable. I like the fact that there was a kitchen, which made it easy to buy food and cook it yourself. Saved money on having to dine out everyday. The location was central. It was close to the beach and other shopping stores.

The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 3 days of our entire stay but it wasn’t, even though I have asked so many times to clean my room throughout the day. They apologized and cleaned my room on 4th day but I still think keeping room neat is very crucial for the hotel-so should have given more attention to it with effective communication.

Aircon is very noisy, had to turn off at night. Lifts can be a bit of a pain!

Great location close to everything. The view from our apartment was superb: Diamond Head on one side, sunset over the ocean on the other. Comfortable beds. Good amenities Coffee replenish on demand.

Beds were uncomfortable

The view and the price the staff were all nice however guests walking by security or staff should be greeted. A nice hello goes a long way in the hospitality industry.
