The do not disturb placard for maid service went missing, when we put it on the door the night of. Also had to request one initially, as it was missing at check in. Parking seemed full on Friday, so I was nervous to risk losing our spot. All other days were fine though, with a few spots open

Clean spacious room, that felt much more like a condo than a motel. This was basically a 1 bedroom condo, with a full living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom. Gorgeous view of the beach, dual ac units, solid wifi, and a well equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, pans, and a gas range. Plenty of Weber grills on the sun deck and an 8ft pool with a water slide. Although I didn’t need it, they have a well equipped laundry room too for longer stays with arcade games like pinball. Overall one of the best motels/hotels I’ve stayed at, exceeded my expectations.

The room was awesome! Plenty of space and lovely kitchen. The property is basically right on the ocean. We couldn’t get any closer if we tried. My 5 year old had so much fun, as did we!

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel itself, but if you want to enjoy the boardwalk it is far away from it.

Every room has a pool view. The facilities were clean and if you aren’t there for the beach, it’s a shorty walk away vs. every most of the other hotels/motels.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was very polite and professional. The facilities were in excellent condition. It was also very quiet and peaceful, no disturbances of any kind. It was very reasonably priced too!

Its a mile from the boardwalk. As I am getting older it takes a toll on me.

People smoking on the balconies. Also, it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the tv. Turns out it wasn’t plugged in! Our fault for not noticing this, but after a long day of traveling and in the sun we didn’t expect to move furniture to troubleshoot the tv at 11pm. Suggest to plug in the tv before guests check in.

Everything (except the stairs). Everyone is friendly and helpful, the guests seem well-behaved, the location, right on the beach is wonderful, the property is clean. I had a great stay!

Some parts of the room felt a little dingy, but I would say that was unique to our specific room which appeared to be lacking upgrades from it's original build. Many of the rooms are upgraded and renovated though, so this is not consistent across the motel, which is condominium owned. Even still, I would stay in our room all over again - the location was amazing!! With a full kitchen, it's worth bringing some of your own supplies - wipes, paper towels, soap, etc. - as with everything, it is what you make it!

The location for this hotel is PERFECT! We had a 2 bedroom suite right at the stairs to enter the beach, and steps from the pool. With 3 kids, it was incredible. The room had a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space for our family of 5. It could have easily accommodated grandparents too! The hotel is about 1 mile from the boardwalk and an easy drive. We consistently had great parking upon our return. We can't wait to come back!

The only negative thing I could say was that there is only one way to get to the upper deck and that is through the pool gates. They are locked when the pool is closed so you can not access it. I wanted to go up with a glass of wine at night or my morning coffee and could not
