The auotlocks are good but close way too quickly, you barely have time to close the door before they lock. There should be a longer timer.

The property is great. Very clean and comfortable. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Comfortable bed, big TV. The bathroom is huge.

The bathroom was on the 1st floor and the bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a big problem except for in the middle of the night.

The location was perfect for me-- it was an easy walk to Zoo Atlanta. The room was a nice size (even though it is small)-- it was certainly big enough for me and I felt comfortable in it. The TV had premium channels on ROKU. I liked the full use of the kitchen and dining table. It was beyond QUIET!!!

Very clean! The staff was friendly, informative and efficient! I love the smart home features! It’s such a great value and more than worth it! The location is conveniently close to the bus line, but still a little far from the GWCC, so I had to also connect to a train, but it was easy enough and a Lyft only cost me $10 when the bus was too late so I missed the train. That’s all just for informational purposes though, nothing to do with my stay or the accommodations! Also loved how quiet it was! Thank you!

Bathroom is external to the room (expected) and is on a different floor. This unit is in the back half of a duplex with a narrow but well lit path between houses. Blinds don’t keep out the light, but window doesn’t get morning sun. Neighbor’s lights may be annoying but I carry an eye mask and was fine. No individual a/c control but has a fan. You can hear other guests, but it was nothing major. Couldn’t find towels at first. Some homeless people in the neighborhoods, but fewer than some parts of town. Just wish it was closer to midtown!

Property was very clean and the bathroom was nice. It was basic accommodations, but I only needed it while sleeping. Take the 55 bus from 2 blocks away or the 49 from a block away into downtown. Never saw guests in the other two rooms.

I didn't like my bathroom being on a different floor - but it was great to have it to myself. I am also glad I packed towels, as I don't remember anything in the booking about not providing those.

The location was great for my needs. The price was very good. I am also happy that the owner took my very very late call to assist with a lock issue I had.

Having the not private bathroom made getting up to go potty in the middle of the night feel awkward, plus the room was up stairs and the bathroom down stairs. Both had key code entry so still private and secure. Just a little awkward.

Very clean, super helpful owner, close to downtown Atlanta, which made it easy to uber around the city. Other guests were quiet and polite.

There was a broken window in the bedroom and only poorly repaired by a tape around the window frame, with added plastic filling which did not avoid the extreme cold coming through the window. I didnt get a mere apology by the hosts even when I messaged them about it, which I consider unacceptable. Considering the price of the accommodation per night, this absolutely doesnt equal the cold coming through the window, it was approximately 12celsius in the room during the night.

i loved the location. it was near every where i needed to go while in the area. it was beautiful on the inside and outside. my room was minimal, but had the basics.

I have a walker and luggage so the stairs were hard on me to go upstairs. Also have COPD which causes shortness of breath upon exertion (Heart Disease)

When we opened our door to our room and bathroom, it was clear and obvious it was never cleaned. The bed looked like someone just got out of it. The bathroom had pee in the toilet, and no towels, so we didn't even use the shower. Also had used towels on the floor in there as well. I would most definitely like some type of refund, as there is a cleaning fee and our room was NOT clean. My wife has pictures if need be.

The house as a whole was very nice. The location is nice, and easy to get downtown.
