The shower was moldy and did not appear to be cleaned. There was what appeared to be blood spatter down the wall by the sink.

The bedroom was newly renovated but the bathroom could use some more work. There was no happy medium between ice cold or scalding hot for the shower water and the shower drain was painfully slow, you stood in the water until you exited the shower.

The location was well suited for our needs (visiting family), lots of restaurant choices in the area. We were only there for one night and wished we'd had more time to walk across the street to the beach.

They advertise there being a pool there in the picture and in the description but there is no pool.

The room had a strong odor of sanitizer. Nice that it was clean but it was overwhelming. Linens and towels were either wore out or cheap. It has been "remodeled" but it was a hurried job with the painting and small finishes like outlet covers.

The location is amazing! Right across the street from the beach with a walkway that leads down to the beach. Rooms are large.

The cleanliness of the room, my room was regular, the floors are tiled and they used too concentrated a floor cleaning product which leaves the tiles sticky when walking, but the rooms of the people who traveled with me to whom I recommended the Hotel, they found not only the same problem but also cockroaches, and that is inadmissible, the staff is wonderful but they should pay more attention to these details, the cleanliness of a Hotel is everything.

The location is the best, close to the beach access and close to many places, Melbourne is a great city, the restaurant located near the hotel is excellent. And the Hotel itself is located in an excellent place surrounded by restaurants, shops and everything that you may need just a few minutes from the Hotel.

We paid $100 per night so we managed our expectations. Room was clean, whoever staff used dirty water/mop cleaning the floor. As a result, dirty feet... Our room was secured with key touch technology but we did see a couple of rooms with old school locks. Beds were comfortable, room overall was clean, WIFI signal was average at best. Location was perfect for our needs.

From the minute we got there our bathroom sink was clogged. We call front desk and was told couldn't do anything about it till morning. So brushing our teeth and washing our hands was alittle difficult. Before we left it was about 3/4 full. When we checked out we told the lady again. No ice machine available. Glad we were only staying one night.

Need was comfortable but, there was no breakfast.

We had problems with flight so could only stay one of the two nights we booked. We realize that we were beyond the time we could cancel, but hoped for some relief when we didn't have any hot water for the first half of our stay.

Across (a busy) street from the beach. We had an ocean view from our window. The room had been remodeled; had a great shower.

Coffee machine did not work, but they gave us another one the next morning. No towel racks in the bathroom. Nothing to hold onto in the shower. Shower floor slippery. Ceiling needs attention.

The price was great.

The good, the bad and the ugly.!!The good: Property is 2 buildings with 2 floors each, well maintained and in good shape, small lobby, well decorated and cute. The rooms were decorated with modern colors with new floor tiles, including the bathroom. The Bad and ugly: The first room, the AC was off and the mildew was unbearable, the second room AC was on but also a lot of mildew. Went to Publix and sprayed the room. When we got home, all our cloths had mildew smell. Will not stay there again.

There is no pool or hot tub that is in your description. Owners have filled them in. No ice machine. Although room was clean it had a musty smell.

The location being across from a public access to the beach. The beds were very comfortable.

Shower hot water went from scalding hot to cold with little to no adjustment for inbetween. Also ran out of hot water in less than 4 minutes. AC needs sterilized. Had pretty bad upper respiratory congestion both mornings and crazy eye boogers. In fairness I didnt bring these issues to the managements attention. Could have just been the room I was in.

Location. Location. Location. Clean and comfortable for the price range. Had some issues but frankly, that was expected for the price range.
