We were on the bottom floor. We had to use the elevator to the 2nd floor for ice, not that it’s a big deal. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on each floor. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but ok. Bathrooms are a little out dated. If you want to sit outside of your room and see the ocean ask for 2nd or 3rd floor.

The pool was a good size and the sliding & diving boards were a bonus. I liked the music during pool hours excellent selection. The room was a decent size and clean. The staff was really friendly. I’d definitely go back!

We had a 2 bedroom w small kitchen and was comfortable except for the 1 bedroom wall was next to a room which had maybe air units or something and it was a loud at night when trying to sleep.

The location was perfect, right at the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. Overall rooms were also nice and clean. Alittle retro.

The bathroom in our room was very very small but served its purpose. The mattresses were not comfortable in this room, which obviously is our opinion. Both my wife and I ended up with back aches every day. Hoping that mattresses in the other rooms are a bit better, as we’d like to come back. Pool closed at 7pm which we thought was a bit early.

The hotel was close to the beach and clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious. Air conditioning was fantastic. Hotel was located in a good area and the price was affordable, especially since we booked at the last minute. Walking distance to the boardwalk but be prepared as you are at the very bottom of the boardwalk. Make sure you have on comfortable shoes. It’s about a two mile walk to reach the very beginning of the boardwalk. You will be walking the length of the boardwalk. We however didn’t walk to the very beginning. Tram car is available to take you to to the beginning for $5 per person .

When we got there, the electricity was out from the substation fire. The rooms were warm, and we had to just go to the beach. Which is directly behind the hotel, so that was a definite plus. When the electricity did come back on, we noticed the air conditioning in one room wasn't putting out, and the other room was freezing cold. Also, the lock/knob on the balcony door was broken, making it impossible to open and close, so we kept it open. The beds are very firm, not that comfortable. But despite these things, we had a good stay overall.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything. Beach access right behind the hotel, bike rental and playground across the street. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the boardwalk, and other fun attractions. The rooms were set up nice with a mini kitchen.

vey drafty and noisy sliding glass door, we could hear the wind coming in. there was a constant loud banging noise outside our room from the wind. most importantly, there was no heat! it was freezing in the room and there were no blankets . the hotel staff told us upon checkout that they did not turn the heat on yet.

beach front, proximity to boardwalk was fantastic! staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was spotless, bed was comfortable.

we booked late and got room 205. Not the hotel's fault and room had what we needed for five nights, but the room is tucked away in the corner with no windows just a balcony over Ocean Ave. The bathroom was small and you had to step up to enter, again no windows. I just wish we could of had a better view, the room was fine and we had a great time.

Hotel grounds are clean secure, housekeepers were great! Great location and attentive staff.
