Minor dislikes; however there was the one door in the room that looks like it goes to the room next door and they are able to lock it (not sure) but our side that the outside lock that requires a physical lock to open. Also there wasn’t access to the porch area from our room and I don’t know if there was a heater, the room got chilly

Excellent location to the tourist areas, clean and wonderful staff we were able to get in contact with someone every time we called which was extremely helpful as my phone died and we couldn’t get the room and code any other way

The window shades did not close out all the light from the entry area and was a bit bothersome at night. Don't really like wearing an eye mask to bed. Perhaps a lower wattage fixture or a motion sensor light would reduce the situation enough.

On a 15 day road trip Atterdag Inn tied for first place with one other lodging. We loved the contactless entry to the beautiful building. Just steps away was an excellent restaurant Whiskey and Rye, and a yummy bakery Mortensen's ( get the apple strudel). Our room was huge. The beds most comfortable of all. The bathroom a dream out of a designer's magazine. We also loved that this was a rather small family run hotel. It felt more personal than other places we have stayed. Oh yes we also appreciated not being awakened by housekeeping in the morning. Kudos to Atterdag Inn.

Stayed in room 1 which is located on the street. The outside lights at night were so incredibly bright that it was like daylight all night long. The shades didn’t even block it out.

Bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and something (maybe the heater or the fridge) made loud clicking noises during the night.

The hard queen bed.

The location of the street dag inn is perfect. The window seats were wonderful to watch all the people walking by and all the stores. The room was big. My only complaint was the beds were hard. That may just be my personal preference. Where is my spouse loved the beds. There was an odd smell every now and then in the bathroom but we open the windows and it would clear right out. We had no noise issues. We will definitely in the future book with this hotel again

No real complaints because the place was exactly what we wanted for the night. One window could use a blackout shade because it got a bit bright at night, other than that it was perfect!

I had a lot of windows, however, two big windows looked right into the bathroom so the blinds had to be kept closed. A rug in the bathroom would have been nice because the tile was ice cold.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a back door that led to a nice sitting area outside.

The bed was uncomfortably firm and the walls were very thin- we could hear everything next door and they were very loud. We could also hear the unit upstairs when they were walking around.

The cleaning could have been better. Both the sink and tub drains were stopped up with hair. I notified the staff and they responded quickly.

The initial room (Room 1) had ZERO privacy (windows were literally next to the sidewalks and street). You would need to keep the shades closed. The staff quickly accommodated by reassigning our room to an upstairs room, which offered a bit more privacy and tons of natural light.

There was a kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and dishes, but there were no kitchen towels or paper towels. Also, the bathroom was tiny.

We had a suite, and the seating area was just great. The room felt very open. The hotel is in a quiet location, but everything you need is a short walk away.

And the refrigerator in room four is a little loud and I wish they would put a foam topper on the bed. It’s a little firmer for me, but not undoable.

The electrical lock doesn’t work when we arrive at the hotel , we have to wait for hotel staff to unlock the electrical lock “manually” . We just like fools and have have to wait for an extra hour in from of the door by the street , the tourist stare at us publicly , It’s an awful experience . The hotel should replace the electrical lock by traditional lock if they did not work as expectation.
