You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI booked a king size bed. While checking in, I was asked why I was attending. I said for a concert, then the employees spoke to each other and mentioned a room change. Once I arrived in the room, I had 2 double beds. Not the king I booked and paid for.
Great facilities. The Event Center is a perfect venue for smaller concerts.

United StatesThe buffet was not as expected … rice was hard with the chicken gumbo , hush puppies and dipping sauce tasted like a chemical / maybe spoiled .. our waitress for buffet was good but the rest of the crew seemed like they didn’t care and were too busy laughing and joking to even worry about anyone else . Really couldn’t get a drink while we played slots on the floor . Not enough help ???

United StatesPoor signage to get you to the hotel lobby. The main cafe did not have enough selection of items. Decided to go with a pizza and it tasted like it came from a cardboard box. My husband ordered baked chicken and it was terrible…dry and very bland. Several things that we would have chosen were out of stock.

United Stateslocation. I only got to see the parking lot from my room. TV in the mirror was cool, but super fuzzy and hard to see. I asked for special accommodations for a romantic birthday. Booking.com emailed me and said the hotel had accepted my accommodations at no extra charge, however, nothing special was done.
The rooftop pool was by far the best part. Loved the convenience of the restaurants in the hotel. It was a nice room, my sister in law had a suite a few floors down that was HUGE and so pretty.

United StatesNo mini fridge or microwave in the rooms and no where to warm food or refrigerate anything. The meals were pricey so my money went down the drain. We eat on portion control but saving anything for later was not a option. The mattress was not comfortable AT All… The lighting in the room and bathroom was dim yellow lighting. I get it fits the theme but not good for getting dressed and doing makeup. Need to update the lighting and the print on the carpet was fading too nice of a place for that. House keeping was very basic. We don’t keep a messy room at all. They literally just spread the bed without putting the throw pillows back on. they left them on the floor. They Emptied the trash and restocked the towels and mini toiletries. The pool is on the rooftop so the sun beams. All the lounging was cute and comfortable but nowhere for shade so that made it almost impossible to relax out there. The only covered parts are the cabanas. We stayed too many nights to rent one every day. It’s the simple things…Nice hotel but if they fix these things it would be 5 star. None of this would stop me from staying again but this is my honest opinion to make a great place greater!
The fireplaces everywhere. You can sit and talk by a warm fire. The place is beautiful. The staff was friendly. Everything was so easy going. The roof top pool was amazing and never crowded the whole weekend.
