The location is perfect, right next to the Hambone and Ground Zero Club. The interior is very stylishly fitted out with real charm. It's more like a boutique hotel...and better. The kitchen is pristine with more than enough amenities. The owners have also really thought well about the smaller details like strategically (night) placed lights. The wooden floor boards are a dream! I would highly recommend staying here for more than one night, which we would have done had we realized how lovely it is. Clarksdale itself is a joy to walk around, for the museum but also the music-clubs and street art and the handful of lovingly run cafes like Grandma's pancakes and Yazoo Pass.

The showers could do with some slip mats - I almost slipped a couple of times.

Great hostel - although i’d call this more of a hotel given the size of the rooms and the amenities. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it’s right in the centre of the action in Clarksdale, easy to visit all the amazing blues spots right around the corner.

I got confused about check in. I hadn’t realized that the hostel had sent detailed check in instructions that day and I called the hostel as I was going to be arriving late. Probably happens all the time but let’s just say the response from the person who answered the call was thoroughly annoyed at me. I wish you had just left the call unanswered; I would have figured it out. Don’t be rude to people unnecessarily.

Located right down the road from Ground Zero; it’s a great location. The hostel is clean and I felt at home there. The dorm beds have curtains to help provide more privacy which I appreciated.

There wasn’t a closet or dresser for my clothes, and the price felt high for a room without additional amenities and sharing a bathroom. There were other groups staying there and they could be quite loud in the early morning and the middle of the night.

The decor is beautiful, the hosts are friendly, it’s centrally located.

This is a great hostel. Very well run, very clean and all the little details are well thought of. One of the best hostels I've been to. Hosts take a lot of time to tell you about Clarksdale and it felt like home straight away. Facilities are excellent.

This hostel is amazing - it's beautifully decorated, has great facilities and is so clean. Lucy and Robert were extremely friendly and helpful with showing us where to go and what to do during our brief visit. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone coming through Clarksdale and in need of somewhere to stay.

Didn’t like the fact that I book a dormitory bed and when I finished book and upon my arrival I checked the site again and the remainder of the beds were not booked, but when I got there someone was in there when I was the only one in the room.

It was a little out the way and it was cold in my room.
