Remodeling - doors had too much paint and were very hard to open and close, hopefully they fix it...

Nice workout room but peloton bike would not connect to network. Plenty of sidewalks and the mall opens at 8am for walkers.

I did not like being put in a wheelchair room with mattresses on the floor , alittle aged for that ! And no chairs in room because of it being a wheelchair room , very vey disappointed! And the bath tub was very slippery thankgod there were bars to grab . But we made the best of it and hope our next stay is better 💕

There was a tax for simply being part of the Great Lakes Shopping Mall. It's affordable, but really? There's also plastic over new carpet in the lobby. By the look of the plastic, it's been there a long time, so perhaps it could be removed? There's a Covid warning on the lobby doors asking us to stay 6 feet apart. These are little things, but little things matter. I was on vacation in a lovely hotel. It could have been amazing. Let's hope the plastic is removed soon!

The manager gave my son snacks at the front counter once he found out it was his birthday, and my son was so happy. He kept asking to go back to talk to him! Very friendly staff and clean hotel.

No breakfast they offered in to go boxes. The fridge in the room was loud and making noise the whole stay. The pool was freezing cold.

The pillows! The pillows were not great and led to not a great night of sleep. Breakfast was not great also. Scrambled eggs were soggy, sausage was cold. We made due, but when a 'free' breakfast is taken into account with room charges you expect better. That being said, this is the second time we have stayed at this particular hotel and would give it a go again.

Location is great: right across the road from Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall (we ith aquarium, Legoland Discovery Center, Round 1 entertainment center, etc). Easy access to the mall from the drive. Each staff we encountered was very friendly and professional.

Amber is amazing very sweet and on top of it she was awesome! Great front desk person for greeting. The breakfast was really good beat I ever had at a hotel. Very clean.

The bed is pretty hard and there is an extra charge for incidentals that was not listed in the booking page. Good to have a heads up for extra charges.

We were really disappointed with the pool. There was no hot tub (which I realize was my mistake for not confirming) but the pool was small and not clean. The deck of the pool wasn't cleaned the entire three days we were there. There were hairballs all over the place. I actually ended up using the towels to clean up some of the hair and I had to use the net to fish out a giant hairball. It was pretty gross. Also, there was a large sign at the pool that said Danger: Bromine Inside. It definitely didn't make us feel great to be swimming in it.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious.

very disappointed I booked a room with two queens upon arrival to the hotel. They told us that they did not have two queens available even though it was confirmed at the staff at the front desk was not very friendly.

The beds were not very comfortable. We all woke up kind of sore from how hard they were. The breakfast was a bit cold even when in the hot plates.

The facility was very clean and appealing. The location was great and the breakfast had a pretty good variety. The staff was friendly and informative and the noise level was minimum!

The facilities appeared clean and taken care of. There was some wearing on the furniture in the rooms, but nothing that made it unbearable.

loved the location, we were traveling to Detroit for monster trucks and decided to stay here for the weekend. Being next to Great Lakes Crossing Outlets was amazing and the drive to Ford Field wasn’t bad.
