The check in in process at first lacked customer service. First impression was not great. It did get better some.

The room was not as clean as it could have been. There was no air conditioning, only two fans in the room and this was in July! It was very warm, in the upper 80s at least! It was very uncomfortable. We had issues getting hot water in the shower. The handle was loose and difficult to get to the correct position. The bathroom was also quite small. The pool was empty and there was a cover on the hot tub.

The owners, a husband and wife, were friendly. It was close to the beach, although too far for me to walk, but I'm out of shape. It was close to the entrance to Harvey's Casino. I felt safe, lots of people out walking.

The amenities and no pool or hottub. The bed was rough, pillows were flat, and we could see the box springs. The fire pit ran out if gas.

The staff attempted to accommodate our needs and was friendly. Location was accessible and nice for family activities and food.

Unleveled ground, and no effort to clear snow, hard to maintain tractions even with proper tires on packed snow/ice, but it was a snowy day.

what I didn’t like about the property is how thin the walls were, we could hear other people staying in other rooms, the room above us we heard every stomp and steps they did.. our room was nice but it definitely is out dated.

the great thing about this property was the location, you could literally walk to anything and everything you need without having to use your car.

Reached the hotel with the bad reviews in mind, but exceeded the reviews. Overall a hotel with a cleab bed and a good shower. Glad they have taken the past review into consideration. Keep it up

Bath towels were small, refrigerator in room had mildew smell since it was unplugged.

Pool nor hot tub were not usable. Room heater was turned off for summer.

Need more cleaning and A/C

It was close to all major activities that I was looking for, facility did not have A/C but at night we it was OK as weather was better and had fan...once A/C gets installed it would be a good place for all weather.

it’s not a proper hotel so the check in area is not a hall or anything like that, but just a little window through which you talk to a person to get your keys. the facility itself was a bit run down but still ok.

I didn’t like the loud fighting.

The staff was amazing! The only thing was we were fast asleep (I traveled with children) and the late night arrivals were extremely loud- I got no sleep! There was a scary domestic dispute that I almost called the police bc it sounded violent. And was I think next door- I just wish someone stopped the situation.

The lack of a customer service ethic at the front desk when I appeared. negativity. Stubborn attempt to deny the legal right to Ada with service animal and the front desk person raising its voice at me arguing with me and threatening with me. I chose to leave not knowing that it was posted when I booked by Tahoe accommodations which has shown me a history of such behavior and I had to walk away in below freezing temperatures in the dark which caused me to have extremely cold legs in spite of wearing very warm winter leggings and a jacket and gloves and a hat and I was suffering from exposure when I got to a motel for twice the budget but at least I was welcomed with dignity a clean room with a heated bathroom floor and no rebuttal no arguments no raised voices no threats.

Old and run down, however good for one night. However, the rudest most inconsiderate human beings were outside our doors until 5 in the morning .. non stop talking as loud as they could and banging. NO ONE did anything about it. They deserve the worst. Horrible people. Someone who runs the place should have done something, in fact we should have called the cops.

The bathroom was broken no soap shampoo or nothing no towels it was a very bad experience we really don’t going back anymore it was something on the beds that bite me it was horrible night. I pay a lot for the very poor quality of the hotel very bad staff and very bad service too.
