We all got wakened by people arguing loudly in the parking lots outside around 2am. This is not The hotels fault but just lack of soundproofing I guess.

Location was super. Pool area was great, the kids loved it. Staff helpful and friendly. Spacious room.

About four days into my stay, they put some younger people next to us who clearly were there for vacation. We were there for cheer competition, but they were blasting music banging on the walls being loud on purpose. I had to call security multiple times and asked if they could move these people and they told me they could move me and I told them I shouldn’t have to move because I had actually got there way before them, I had a child next-door sleeping and they didn’t do much but ask him to turn it down and as soon as they left, they turned it right back up when asked to speak to the manager I was denied saying there was no manager there so I had to spend the rest of my four days with hardly any sleep due to these people and they’re willingness to do the right thing other than that my time there was amazing relaxing by the pool. It’s very close to places to eat.

It’s location. It’s price it’s clean. It’s comfortable the pool area bar and arcade. Make it feel like vacation.

Room was adjacent to another room where there was people smoking, thus during the night we had to breath their smoke although the hotel was smoke free, we were not able to open the windows for air change.

Asked for pool rooms or at least rooms close to each other. We had 3 rooms. Didn’t get any. Also tower was very noisy and smelled like pot and cigarettes.

Place is definitely showing its age. Could use some updating. Beds are not very comfortable and elevators were sketchy

My room keys kept getting deactivated, the shower curtain wasn't wide enough to close on both sides.

The hot tube and pool were disgusting. Dirty as hell. Sad we couldn't relax at the pool and tube after a long day at the park. Elevator was broke.

Niyah or ziyah not sure of her name but front desk girl exceptionally rude and unwelcoming needs to be shown how to provide better customer service it’s how she eats and makes a living

But the elevators in the Tower need to be fixed. Is unacceptable wait for 15 or more minutes for an elevator. Sadly this has been happening for a long time. Please fix this!!!

Check in said after 4pm, at 4.15 the room wasn't ready and the receptionist told us to come back later. By 4.50 room still wasn't ready however we were served by the manager who immediately allocated us another room, pity we didn't see him initially !

Great location for Universal. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels, bar within pool enclosure.

and appeared to be reinvited there were some issues with the room. There was a spot by the door on the floor that was permanently slick. Even after wiping it down it was so slick even slipped with shoes on. In the bathroom the toilet would not flush the first night when we checked in and was something if fixed with the float in the tank. The shower / tub faucet was pulled away from the wall and you could see into the wall from the pipe. Two of the electrical outlets did not work and the one by the mini fridge the whole outlet was loose and unsafe to use. It was clean but could use another light in the room to help light how big the room is. All in all not a terrible stay, was good for what we used it for to just sleep and get ready.

While the room was very spacious! The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

They could do better when it comes to remodeling the rooms. I understand saving money but it doesn't have to look so cheap.

I frequent this place because of the location the price & staff. It's decent for the price. The staff is always friendly. The location is within walking distance of everything on International drive.

I was very upset to learn about my deposit being deposited into my account after I checked out but yet being debited again the very next day.Im hopping this is not a normal practice.

The location of the property was perfect,it’s right in the center of everything and it was very convenient.

Booki g .com was difficult to get in contact with as I left early and needed a refund all transactions had to be made through booking.com and I could not access them by email or to recieve back my security deposit
