Booki g .com was difficult to get in contact with as I left early and needed a refund all transactions had to be made through booking.com and I could not access them by email or to recieve back my security deposit

The rooms had connecting doors. The elevator stopped working. We were on the 12th store. The room walls are thin which meant, you could hear the slightest noice next door.

The convenience to and from Universal. The bed was comfy. Shower was hot. The food in the store was good.

One of the three elevators wasn’t working in the tower building. Too many guests plus service people using only two elevators make the waiting line super long. Check out is at 11 am, but one of the staff member knocked the room door early in the morning asking for check out the room.

Room was clean and neat. Location is pretty good. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

There was a lack of storage space for clothing for 4 people we had 2 small Draws and around 8 coat hangers in an open space behind sink area next to the bathroom The condition of the bathroom fitting were very bad they all had rust evident and they were not fitted very well towel rail was actually loose the bath tap was loose as well air con unit seemed noisy

The location was good to walk to some of the attractions and easy to drive to the rooms were large and open

They were charging me a fee for early check in when it was almost 12 noon and the front desk person stated 12-1 was early check in. Too noisy around the room where I stayed and I requested a quiet area. So many people smoking around the property near the room where I was. They were unable to provide a room with a good view because there were none at that time of my check in. We needed some items for the restroom and called front desk three times and no answer. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for the items.

Property is located in a great area. Many things to do near the hotel.

Place is very nice but rooms can be more updated bathroom and room in general needs more the pool and all other outdoor activities was really nice kid friendly also close to many other things. Overall very nice just needs extra love to rooms

The noise from the traffic outside and the noise from the common area below. The door was very hard to open.

The location was good. The staff were friendly. The room size was good. The bed were comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the cleanliness of the rooms. On arrival, there was dust on the coffee machine, tinges of blood on the sheets, and what I'm assuming was dried up body wash squirted on the shower curtain and bathroom door.

The location was perfect. Tons to do within a quick drive or even walk. Rooms were a pretty good size & I definitely appreciated the clean towels brought to the room daily. The front desk staff was great & had positive attitudes with every guest. That early morning Starbucks on site was everything !

It needed to be cleaned around the steps because it looks like somebody got very very sick and stairs and everything was messed up. It was very disgusting
