Bathrooms are small (but normal for the older construction). Doors kind of stick/hard to open/close sometimes.

For $175 I was able to book 2 giant rooms for me and my travel party for the night. Rooms had microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. Yes the resort rooms are old and the architecture is dated but it’s also half as expensive as (if not more than) other similarly situated locations. The location is fabulous with many shops, eateries, entertainment across the street and lots more offerings if you are willing to walk a block or two. Parking was easy and free. Pool was open until 11pm and warm enough to swim when we finally got in around 9pm. It is almost as nice as the cabana bay pools across the street size wise. There is a legit deep end of 6+ feet and it’s not supervised so a lot (5-6) of rude people were jumping/diving in in a way that made the deep end too splashy, but the pool is huge with a giant shallow end to avoid it. I’d also imagine staff would have asked them to stop if requested, I just wasn’t that motivated. The splash pad at the pool was nice and sprayed warm water so you could actually use it. The AC made the typical wall unit AC noise but it worked well. Our rooms backed to the interstate but I didn’t find the road noise to be noticeable and we were only on the 3rd floor so not super high up. The bathrooms were small and motel-esque but again for the price I couldn’t complain. My feet didn’t get dirty from the floor and the rooms both looked and smelled clean. (I am SUPER picky with smells so this one was a concern for me but they were fine). Upon walking back through the tower atrium courtyard around 11pm there was the smell of smoking weed but nothing near the rooms (our rooms were in the tower). Location was well lit and felt safe. There wasn’t a line when I checked in around 7:45 PM so no wait there and the staff was helpful in getting me adjoining rooms. All in all I’d say it was well worth it for the price and I’d stay there again.

There is no shade at all in the pool area.

The check in was easy. Being able to park close to the room is great. Location is perfect. The cafe is very convenient, however, there is a long wait for any food orders.

The room that we had when we would either go in or out the the room the door didn’t close all the way we would have to pull or push the door in order for it to close all the way

The property was nice, but in the tower it seems as though the rooms are older and not updated. The view is beautiful though.

The property is very close to a lot of nice restaurants, shopping and easy access to universal. The beds are nice and comfortable, there’s a Starbucks in two buildings that’s very nice and easy to access.

The property needs to be taken care of. Like the walls need a repainting and some chipping off, and they have to be a little bit more attentive with housekeeping we went to the beach and bring a little sand, but no housekeeper came to clean the floor so they have to do a better job with housekeeping and maintaining the property Appearance but besides that it was great 👍

Upon arrive at the hotel, I was asked to pay $100 deposit, I have been checked out since the 16th and still not received this back. Hotel guest should be made aware of the ticket booth across the street advertising ‘cheap tickets’ to the parks, however this is a scam and are sent to a different hotel to sit through someone selling you timeshare. Was not an enjoyable 4 hours of my day.

Great location with free shuttle service to the parks. Rooms are spacious and fairly clean. Pool area could maybe accommodate a lifeguard? But overall good.

Elevators are really slow and outdated.

The location was great for food and trinket shopping. Very reasonable distance to Disney parks. The pool was adult and kid friendly. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning kept room stocked with extra towels.

When I got there first they gave me the room and it was a there was working in the room. The toilet was out room was all destroyed. I went back downstairs speak with the staff Francisco and he gave me the second key again and he give me somebody else room with. They have stuff in there to speak with the supervisor I was very upset but the day I have a nice room.

The place is very nice and clean. Very nice to enjoy with your family.

For a premium king suite the room was small. Was told I would have a handicap shower, when I got there it was a no. Guests on both sides of me noisy, baby crying early morning and night. After they left I got a dog barking. Other side loud people playing games while their kids were playing loud at 2am. Connecting room doors on both sides didn't help with the noise.

Our room was very dark and quite budget. Shower wasn't great. There was also a huge hole in the door next door to us. We stayed in the tower on the 10th floor. Highway very loud at the back.
