That breakfast didn't have more gluten-free. Items everyday . That the heated pool was cold.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. They had a great wine and cheese party. And chocolate chip cookies in the evening and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast buffet had gluten free eggs, ham, fruit and bread .

We felt the house keeping could have been a little better (they didn’t even vacuum). In past years there has been more of a selection of cheese during the wine and cheese hours and also more cookies were allowed per guest. The parking garage is very hard to navigate and we were lucky to find the last spot. The pool was not really heated. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel for the area and offers a nice stay!

The location is great! We love the wine and cheese hour and also the cookies at night. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. Breakfast is very good. We also love the sun room!

Fantastic Stay – Our Top Choice for Rehoboth Beach!

Everything was wonderful during our stay. The only area for improvement I can suggest is the breakfast. It would be great to have some fresh vegetables and a meat and cheese platter.

It exceeded our expectations! The location is great — right by the beach with free parking. During peak holiday season, not having to worry about parking is a huge relief. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel pays great attention to detail, from the charming decor to the chalkboard in the lobby with useful info like happy hours and nearby restaurant specials. It even listed guests’ birthdays and anniversaries, which was a lovely touch. We loved the social hour with complimentary wine and cheese. The hotel's upkeep is impressive, with fresh paint and a well-maintained appearance, making it feel fresh and inviting. The breakfast, while not as diverse as some larger hotel chains, still offered a gluten-free bread option, which I appreciated. Sadly, we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa and pool. This hotel will definitely be our number one choice for our next visit to Rehoboth Beach. Highly recommended!

Loved the rooms, balcony, happy hour, location and everything we missed!!

This was our first time staying at your hotel. We didn't allow enough time to enjoy all of your services, but next year booking 2 nights and definetly going to enjoy the hotel more, spa, bar, restaurant and just relax. The only disppointing service was breakfast, missing a few items, bread not so great, but that is a small thing. Thank you Debbie

If there was a sign in our room that said to bring towels with you to the pool area, we didn't see it, so we had to go back to our room to get some.

Quick and easy check-in. Pool was a comfortable temperature. Cookies were awesome as usual.

Everything no complaints at all. You can tell the owners take pride in this beautiful Hotel. I can honestly say they truly care of the guest experience from the great free breakfast to the wine reception. You can also tell the owners are serious about the upkeep of the property. I will be returning and its worth every dollar compared to other properties around. The FREE Parking is also stellar as I have a lifted truck on a 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires and it fit perfectly in their beautiful underground parking garage. Keep up the good work Avenue as we will be returning later this summer and will gladly pay the Summer rates without hesitation.

We found left over candy and wraps under bed and the mattresses were not the most comfortable. They were changing all the mattresses the day we left so I am sure it will be much better the next time.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful! We had a great stay. We loved the 5pm complementary wine and cheese as well as the cookies and milk at 8… nice little touch. The proximity was wonderful!

It was a bit expensive. I’d love to come back and bring my family (children), maybe more deal options?

I loved the amenities! Breakfast was good, more coffee condiments to meet allergy issues would have been nice. Like almond or oat milk creamers. (If you already provide those I didn’t know, and maybe more labels would be helpful)

Nothing….. EVERYTHING was beautiful. The staff was amazing. The added amenities were a great bonus. Including the sunroom. What a great relaxing room just to sit and chat or play a board game ect. Honestly I could not think of one bad thing to say because there is not one.

Everything! Beautiful place. The aesthetics to all of the amenities were wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous. The daily free breakfast was restaurant quality. And the “wine and cheese” social hour was such a great bonus along with the cookies and milk in the evening. Such a wonderful place to stay and can’t wait to book and come again! The hotel is top notch and the staff was so helpful and welcoming. We loved every bit of our trip and we are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

The bathroom just looks like it needs up keep on the trim and caulk. Kinda gross. There are NOT ENOUGH HOOKS for towels and swim suits anywhere. 4 of us in a room - so that's 4 bath, 4 pool, and 4 swim suits that need hanging. The sauna is never working when I'm there.

This is my second time at this hotel. I think the value is great for what you get and the location. The hot tub and steam room are great too. When we needed extra blankets or towels they were provided. We love the hot tub. And the location is amazing. The breakfast is good for hotel buffet, but wish they had more health friendly options like oatmeal, fruit salad.

Mattress was a little firm. The Ave II property only had stairs. There seemed to be a lot of young children at the main hotel making it noisey.
