The included breakfast, was nearly devoid of nutrients. The location is in a tough spot, if you‘re visiting Manhattan. A daily 1,5h round trip by subway is needed to get to Manhattan and back.

The breakfast is a bit of a "bun fight" - it is a small area to cater for everyone. The hot breakfast option was not nice and the "veggie" option always had a lot left over. There was nothing wrong with the location but the main reason I would not stay there again was that I didn't realise it would take about an hour plus to get to any of the touristy areas we wanted to go to.

Breakfast was a helpful addition to our stay. The hotel is modern and clean. Everything worked. It had everything we needed like free WiFi, comfortable bed, aircon that worked (but instructions on all the different modes would have helped). It is on a busy road but was pretty quiet inside the hotel and room. As a hotel concept, I would definitely look for this brand again.

The rooms could have been a little bigger, they were very snug and it was difficult for two people to pass each other around the bed. The breakfast was nice but I wish it had more seating and more food options. There were boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, coffee/tea, apples, so it wasn't bad, but definitely could have been more. The drinks and water machine got a little murky towards the end of my stay but I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the machines and later got fixed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was great, it took close to an hour to get to mid-town Manhattan on the subway but on the flip side there were plenty of food and shopping options in the neighbourhood. The area was also nice and clean. A complimentary breakfast was also included. Room service was daily. The washroom was clean and spacious. The double beds were huge and very comfortable for two people. The TV had chrome cast and good tv stations which was also great. All day complimentary water, tea and coffee machines were a great bonus. The wifi had a good service.

Every time you turned on the TV there was a message asking if you liked your stay. A bit annoying.

The hotel is a 1/2 hr Uber taxi drive from Newark Airport. The New York Subway MTA is a 10-15 min walk to 86 St and 4th Avenue R Station. Lots of restaurants on the walk to the subway station. There is also a bus running on 86 St. The breakfast is a step above continental because you get boiled eggs or omelette. Coffee is on 24-7. The hotel is a 6 storey building. The staff are very friendly and from varied cultures which was interesting to learn a little bit about where they were born. We stayed at the hotel in the last 2 weeks of Mar 2024.

The toaster is a little slow of a process. I have seen hotels with a quicker toasting option. That will speed up the process if you have multiple people wanting and waiting to use the toaster for their bagels. The milk ran out and it wasn't replenished for me. So a different milk option for cereal.

I loved that there was a variety. The staff was attentive and very helpful. It was very clean and welcoming. I also like the time frame, I was able to come down at a reasonable time and things were still able to enjoy a variety of breakfast items.

Cleanliness in the entire hotel, polite staff , reasonable rates , breakfast included in the rate, I also loved that there is the bus stop in front of the hotel and that bus is express into the city !!!

Location. We couldn't think that it would be that far to the Manhattan. It is our fault and not nothing with the hotel. Breakfast could be managing better. If you are late then it is hard to find almost anything to eat. )11 days of experience.)

The Hotel is new and the equipment is new and fresh. A bus stop to Manhattan is nearly in front of the hotel. Half an hour drive to Downtown near ferry terminal. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. You can have Tea and Coffee the whole day. Breakfast I have not used. Nearby you find dinner location for a quick or comfortable Dinner.

This Hotel was so comfortable and pleasant. My grandson loved it!! Staff was so polite and friendly. Easy access to transportation. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again!!!

Excellent stay with my family. The staff were great. I had to ask for an extended check out as I was ill during this trip, and they were supporting, accomodating and understanding.

I found that the breakfast area was way too tiny, but I had to remember that I was in NY, and tiny close quarters were to be expected. In addition, if you are looking for a good hot breakfast every morning. I would suggest that you find a place to eat in the area. The breakfast is a simular basic continental style breakfast...nothing special but I don't feel like it would be fair of me to reduce the rating of such an exceptional place for something so trivial.

I was impressed with the inviting warmth, cleanliness, modern appearance, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
