Walls/floors seems a little light on insulation, and there appeared to be some sloppy construction - paint was not done well, and there is a weird entrance/exit to the elevator that a tripping hazard.

Goldie at the front desk was amazing! So helpful! From the moment we arrived to the day we left (9 days) she was always checking on us, engaging and super fun. I thought I booked a room with a ADA walk in shower, but once we got the room, I realized this wasn't the room I needed. Goldie who checked me in was so helpful in correcting the error and finding us the right room for my mom's needs.

I had never stayed at this brand of hotel, so while it didn't matter to me that the room did not have a microwave or fridge - it may matter to some travelers. There was a microwave in the community lobby, and cold drinks available for purchase. There was a well-stocked ice machine also. The breakfast was a little "too" self-serve for my liking also - but it was a nice variety of choices for someone on the go. There were sandwiches/fruit/cereals/bread/juice/milk options - but it was a little different than the typical hotel buffet breakfasts. I felt the price was a little "high" for the area and accommodations, but it was a busy weekend - so I'm sure that was why. I also didn't like that I wasn't asked if I was an IHG hotel member - which I am, but almost always forget to show my card - so I missed out on the points for this visit.

The hostess Goldie was incredibly friendly and helpful - she helped me through a difficult check-in and was very professional and incredibly thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable about the area and explained the hotel accommodations to me. I thought the rooms very clean and professional looking and the bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. I loved that they had the Dove mounted soaps/shampoos - which is so much easier than the portables. The location was very safe and easy to get to from the local highways and interstates. There was plenty of food and shopping nearby if that is your need. I also liked that they had an electric charging station for cars and USB outlets/charging in several places in the room. They had a well stocked market and variety of breakfast self-serve items. I also liked that I could check thing out on the tv such as my bill, streaming log-ins, and local information. The check-out agent was also very friendly and the service from staff was very professional.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. There were dirty hand prints on the walls of the bedroom and the bathroom on the outside of the shower. The elevator was also a little dirty like it hadn't been wiped down in a while.

The location was great. Near food and lots of business. Very easy to find.

For being a new hotel, there were some quality of workmanship issues. The sink faucet was not secured to the sink cabinet. It was very hard to use and should be secured very soon. Room 213. Also, the left wall of the shower surround was peeling away from the wall at the top. I noticed other minor issues like missing grout and bad drywall work. And one of the usb ports on the nightstand didn’t work. Most of these issues didn’t affect the quality of my stay except for the faucet, but they were just appearance issues that I noticed.

Great location and amenities. I liked the fresh and modern vibe of the facility. The entertainment system was especially nice, including the checkout system on screen. Very nice!

I didn't like the absence of a closet. I didn't like the absence of a dresser. I didn't like that the breakfast had no waffle or pancakes.

We had a certified ESA dog which legally is waived from pet charges and the receptionist still wanted to charge a pet fee, after quite long talk we convinced her to check how it works first and eventually it all worked out.

I had to move from my first room because the air conditioner wasn't working, which was very stressful due to my health problems. And in the second room I couldn't connect to my cable system from home because the hotel system wasn't working, so I couldn't fully enjoy watching any of the programs that I pay for from home.

I liked that everything was new. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that the toilet became stopped up by tissue and when asked for a plunger I was asked why?, What happened?, What was done?, And what not to do? Basically chastised as a child.
