There was way little things I didn't like to be honest. Basically none, I liked everything.

Breakfast was okay but a bit on the sparse side. Would have liked a better cereal selection and maybe a better fruit selection.

Very modern rooms, that were quite high tech and very clean. Hot drinks available in lobby via machine. Cold filtered water in lobby via machine. Free parking at hotel.

I didn't have the chance to explore the breakfast at the hotel because I was invited to an iHop. Nearby options to eat, there were not too many. But there was a clean McDonald's at walking distance, and a big and clean 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. There was an iHop at a 5-minute drive which was also very clean and big. There were other 2 sit-in restaurants at walking distance, but I was not able to try them.

I liked the cleanness, the high-speed free wifi, the good space inside the room, the coolness of the bathroom. The gym looked good, but I didn't try it. The airport shuttle worked without a problem. The bedroom and the common areas were great locations for working remotely. Very good!

Honestly there was not anything that we did not like. Everything was perfect.

We loved absolutely everything. The hotel is very modern beautiful and clean. The staff was awesome. Friendly and professional. Obtaining the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was so easy.

Honestly there was not anything that I did not like.

This was our first time staying at an Avid hotel. We were very impressed with everything. The staff were wonderful. We had stayed after we got off the cruise ship before our flight the next day. We weren't supposed to check in until 3:00 p.m. however we arrived back at the airport at 9:30 a.m. they allowed us an early check-in which was awesome. The accommodations are beautiful and clean the breakfast is great. Love the absolute freshly ground coffee.

Spacious room, excellent beds, nice spacious bathroom. Clean! Quiet building. Free parking. We had just come back from The Netherlands where rooms are small & parking is often not free. And breakfast included! We were very impressed. Heard there are only 3 Avid hotels at this time in Florida. Hope more will be build!

We called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport (approximately 10 minutes away), we waited close to an hour for the shuttle and when we called to inquire on the delay, we were told 3 times, it's just about there. I think they forgot to dispatch the shuttle till the 3rd call. Completely unacceptable.

The staff was welcoming, location was convenient to airport.

Parking lot is small since there are multiple hotels in the area. Other than that it is great a store is in walking distance. Plenty of space for Diamond Elite members if you are a member...

It was nice and clean. The colors are vibrant and we enjoyed the stay. The room is simple and clean but functional. No dresser drawers to clutter the room but hooks on the wall to use. The lights depend on your key in a pocket at the door and I loved that feature because you never lose your key!!

Excellent hotel! All new, VERY comfortable room, spacious, quiet, and service is exceptional too: from the front desk to the shuttle van driver, everyone always available and with a smile! Best hotel I’ve stayed in Orlando.
