We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing was the room we booked was pet friendly. We assumed when we paid the full 2 night stay in advance that our dog was included in the price. Upon checking in I asked to make sure we had a pet friendly room. They said yes and asked if we had our pet with us. I said we do and I was charged $150 extra, $75 per night plus taxes, which came up to be $168. That was an unexpected cost. I don't know if the hotel didn't disclose the additional cost or Booking.com. You would think with it being a pet friendly room that extra cost was already figured in otherwise why would you book a room that was pet friendly? There were plenty of vacancies at the other 4 or 5 hotels in that quarter of a mile area but it was already after 9pm when we arrived and too late to cancel without losing what we already paid.
The staff was courteous and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

United StatesThis is a basic hotel, so not a lot of extras in your room, but honestly it was perfect for a weekend away. It did include a continental breakfast, but the breakfast did not really offer that much. Packaged granola bars, packages of oatmeal, and cereal.
The staff are very friendly and the lobby/ room were very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent as well. You're surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. Super close to the highway but you don't hear any road noise.

United StatesThe room was a little too small for my husband and myself do to the fact that he is in a wheelchair. It was hard to turn him around and also it was very difficult to get him into bed because there wasn't sufficient room for his chair to fit between the wall and the bed.
The staff was wonderful and the room was clean with a really good shower.

United StatesRoom was a little cramped and not enough space for two people to sit in the room without having to sit up in the bed, but it was a room with two twin beds the king size might have been better not sure as we didn't see a king room.
Location and breakfast were very good. Had issue with hvac system and notified staff and they had the Maintenace man in our room right away to fix the issue.

United StatesThe air in the room had a stale odor. The upstairs visitors were very noisy, stomping around all hours of the night keeping us awake (no fault of the hotel itself).
The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was wonderful. I liked the fact that there were healthy options such as the egg white/veggie omelettes, hard boiled eggs and fruit offerings.
