Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe biggest problem was the Business Center. I tried to print, and I tried to scan, and neither worked. When the staff came to help, they couldn't make it work either, but they did later print and scan for me using the hotel's computers. The other disappointment was that the bathroom had only a shower not a tub.
The central location is excellent. The room is clean. The wifi and coffee maker work well. The front desk staff is helpful.

United KingdomThe location was good in terms of union square and being perfect for getting on the cable cars, but the area in general has a lot of drug users and we didn’t want to go out late at night. But this would have been the case for any hotel in this area.
The hotel was nice, the room had what we needed and was comfortable. The room service robot was so much fun! The room service was delicious, which was just what we needed after a long fight! The reception area was nice and there was lots of room to relax on the first floor! The location was great in terms of watching the historic cable cars and getting on them early and beating the queues.

United StatesI really don't have anything bad to say aside from minor particulars like the size of my double room. It did feel a bit stuffy at times in size, but from what I have been told, that's just most of SF for you. I do caution the area (Tenderloin) due to the multitude of present homeless people unfortunately. I did not have a bad experience with anyone necessarily, but I did get the occasional shouting, asking for change and I just really didn't feel comfortable walking alone outside of daylight.
It was very clean and the smart TV is customizable. They have two elevators and a main staircase for floor access and each floor is equipped with a water dispenser and ice maker. The small boutique gym is located in the basement, equipped with plenty to be able to complete a great workout. There is also an ATM located on the basement floor which I thought was a great note that should be mentioned. The cafe in the lobby was also super convenient and pretty tasty, a bit limited but it will get the job done for a quick stay. However, if you do elect in-room dining, don't be surprised when the hotel robot is the one to deliver your order to you. You will receive a call first to your room to let you know once it's arrived outside your door. It's a pretty neat technology touch. Also, for my MUA lovers Sephora is literally right next door, on the cable car side of the hotel, as the main floor hallway extends through to both sides of the street. The WF mall is 5 minutes away walking distance. But I do caution the area (Tenderloin) due to the multitude of present homeless people unfortunately, similar to many areas in CA though.

Really good hotel. Price/value was really good. Rooms are fine although the central AC is not working (hot or cold) so they use the mobile units which takes a lot of space and the rooms are not big. Finally out mobile AC wasn’t working properly. But it was fine. Really liked it and would recommend it definitely.
