Amazing layout, great location & incredible staff!

The bed was too soft, a very low-quality mattress, and access to the bed only by climbing. The room was too small and tight - no chair, no table, no place to open a laptop!

The hotel is well located and serviced with all amenities needed for a short/medium stay. The location is top, walking distance from most of the top tourist attractions.

1. It was basically like sleeping right on the road. Very loud, poor night of sleep. 2. There was no hot water in the evening; and because it was after the hotel staff left, there was no way to fix it. Water was lukewarm in the morning (not comfortable). 3. Complicated check-in, too many messages and weird asks for information like a copy of my id to be sent online (which I did not do.) 4. I did not like that there is no hotel staff around at night. No recourse if there is any problem.

The amenities were great. I checked in right before a meeting and needed a clothing steamer stat, which they had!

Since it is located in a Main Street it is very loud outside and the windows are thins so you can listen to everything. Also all the rooms are very close to each other and the walls are thin. You can listing to EVERYTHING that is happening next door.

I like how clean the hotel and rooms are. The hotel is very cute, and even thought the rooms are small they are perfect for one or two.

The walls of your room are a little thin, but it isn’t too bad.

For a couple traveling on a budget this was an excellent alternative to a hostel. It was affordable, private, and put together well. Everything we needed was provided to us. The location is also excellent. (Unlike one reviewer I saw, we had no issue with the hot water).

The price was too high for what it was (I paid at least 20% more than my friends who stayed at the Fairfield with colonial breakfast included). But I thought I was getting a proper hotel with a somewhat spacious room, with some view, some amenity, perhaps an optional breakfast — there was nothing. It was a shoebox with the worst mattress I ever slept on, a plastic shower curtain too low and getting into the shower box, a bathroom sink the size of that on an airplane, a noise mini bar and a broken window curtain that was supposed to be motorized but didn't work and couldn't be lifted manually (getting my head behind it revealed a frosted glass window so you couldn't see inside the window of the room next to you, the only view you had, a few feet ahead). To top it all, there's no room service and no front-desk.

In a tiny space you had everything- tv, auto window blinds, bags taken to the room, checking details clear even though I didn’t want to leave my ID online…. They were most helpful . Plus they are helping with some packages that didn’t arrive Ontime.

There were no staff on the second day when I checked out. One of the maids showed me where I could store my luggage until I left the city later in the day. Upon returning to the hotel, there was no one to let me in to retrieve my bag. I rang the doorbell multiple times, but no one answered. There was also no phone number to call. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, another guest let me in.

The location was great and withing walking distance to many resturants and attractions. The room was small, but designed well. The bed was super comfortable and the linens smelled like fresh laundry.

Review: For the price of $100 per night, the accommodations would have been acceptable. However, at $330 per night, it falls short of expectations. The noise level inside the room was significantly loud, measuring at 65db. The constant sirens from outside only exacerbated the situation. While the room's size matched the advertisement and was indeed comfortable, its smallness was still palpable. On the positive side, the staff members were friendly and welcoming. However, a major downside was the lack of secure luggage storage for guests arriving early or departing late. This is a significant inconvenience, especially for travelers with time gaps between check-out and their next destination.
