The breakfast needs a little more tweaking. Add regular sized muffins. Add a DIY waffle machine right next to the toaster. Biscuits and gravy are also an affordable add. Periodically check the USB ports in the rooms. Thank you for having them but they all should be working. About half of ours in the room worked.

Breakfast included is very convenient! The rooms are spacious and clean. Property looked clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and efficient. Lots of parking. Spires restaurant is walking distance away.

Other than the front desk, the staff seemed not to understand customer service. For example, there were few towels and no extra bedding, and staff seemed annoyed to be asked about it. Large breakfast room with nice view of grounds, but wasn't cleaned up as people left. No one smiled. Rooms were nice, but some maintenance details weren't taken care of. A great value and we'd be fine coming back, but hope management finds a way to motivate staff to care for the place and the clients.

Excellent facilities and value. There are a lot of large scale features that, for the price, would be hard to find in other places: pool, restaurant, bar, large lobby, high ceilings. Architecture is interesting. Plenty of parking.

My roon had dirt on the floor, the ac vent was very dusty,,the sliding door would not fully close it was very hard to move.

The bathtub had mole in its corners - the bathroom could get renewed in general. The room was unfortunately quite dark. The breakfast was very very small - it would benefit from some bagels or muffins. All in all not the best price for value we had on our road trip through California.

We loved the spacious size of the room. A fun twist gave us the elevator which reminded us of the show „The suite life of Zac & Cody“.

It could have been a lot cleaner. There was a smell every time we walked down the hallway to our room. Our bathroom had someone’s else’s hair in the tub and on the ceiling and there was some dead knats on the ceiling and walls. If it was cleaner we would have enjoyed our stay a lot better.

The yogurt was in an open bowl and would have preferred individual servings for less contamination of germs from all who served themselves from this bowl. Kitchen staff could also have a smile once in a while.

Our room didn't have many towels. Only one washcloth and no floor rug. There was no "privacy" door hanger so I was going to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. The shower head sprayed water from the top and made the toilet wet and floor slippery. Since there was no floor rug it was very dangerous.

I didn’t like that i had to ask for more towels there was only 2 towels in our room. So i had to get 3 more towels and more pillows and also more toilet paper we only had one roll for our stay for our entire stay.

I liked that the property was right next to the Ontario convention where we went to CreepI.E.con and so all we had to do was walk to and from. Saved money on parking which was nice. The place was clean and i liked the rooms they were big and the bed was very comfy. The ac worked perfect for us & the bathroom was a good size. The free breakfast was really nice, I’m used just cereal or oatmeal when it’s free. But we got eggs & toast and sausage with hash brown which all tasted good with free orange juice & coffee.
