I believe that the staff could’ve been more joyful. Also the tv was not useful due to the fact that you have to pay for every channel.

The facility was clean and nicely prepped. Also they provided free breakfast which was a plus.

I booked and paid in full a room for two nights with 2 queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel (after not sleeping for 34 hours) I was exhausted and wanted to check in. I arrived at 2pm. And was told my reservation said 1 queen bed. This was not acceptable. They lady in the front desk said she was messaging the main office (no idea where this office was or who she was talking to) to see if she can give me a 2 queen room. However, she also kept saying there were no 2 queen beds available as they were sold out. It appeared that there was a La Crosse tournament as all the guest coming in and out were in uniforms. So it appeared to me was that my room was given to one of these families. After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby for an answer from this person the main office I gave in and took the room with one bed. I no longer could keep my eyes open from exhaustion. When we arrived in the room the refrigerator was not working. I went downstairs to ask for a replacement but was told maintenance had gone home at 4pm. So they decided to change my room. That’s when I found out that they also checked me in to room under some else's name. When we tried to take a nap in the trundle bed it was dirty with white dry substance. So two in my party had to sleep on the floor. But until I was able to track down the lovely housekeeper For some sheets and pillows. The scary part of all this was around midnight when someone used their card yo open our door and tried to enter. Good thing for the extra lock/latch on the door. I called front desk and informed then without even checking their computer to see who it was the young man said it was housekeeping. But I was told earlier that housekeeping left at 5pm. My guess it was the guest that the room was under because they checked me in with the wrong name. I was also charged for charges that I did not make. Im going assume again that it was the other guest that were checked in.

Several problems in the bathroom. The tub floor was extremely slippery. The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating throughout the showers, which was pretty annoying. A table in the room would have been helpful.

For a free hotel breakfast, it was better than average. The room was spacious.

I didn’t like that your shower didn’t have a bath mat/rug, I slipped in the shower and pulled my back and broke my right toe, I was in pain the next day and it was my wedding day. My sister also sipped in the shower and hit her knee, she too was lipping on my wedding day because her knee was so sore. I also didn’t like how dark the room was, you guys had lamps and no light bulbs! I called front desks and the girl said, “Mmm let me see if maintenance is here” and I never heard back.

I liked the free breakfast option. Evelyn was very helpful getting me an extra key for my friend who needed to get something from my room.

Did not like I had to pay a deposit, which Prevent me from paying for my full stay therefore we lost A-day because I had to pay the a deposit that I was not prepared to pay. I had booked the room for 3 nights and was only to stay 2 nights our rate went up double when I tried to pay for the last night. We had to check out because the hotel front desk told me they were over booked. So a room I booked for 3 nights I only was allowed to stay two. Refrigerator in the room didn't get cold. When I tried to pay for the last day the front the lady at the front desk did not make me feel welcome and she made me feel as if I did not belong in that hotel it was very unsettling and disappointing

the location was perfect. very clean and quiet. Good continental breakfast. felt safe at all times and the staff was amazing. The price was perfect for the my 2 night stay! The housekeeper did was very nice and made sure our room was clean while we were away. she also made sure we had clean towels. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean and quiet place, it was walking distance to the mall and to the Toyota arena for any concerts or events

lots of other choices in the area that are cheaper, newer. Arrived to hotel a bit early (about 2 hours) and early check-in was a hard no. Got to my room about 5-10 minutes before the 3pm check-in. Rooms/bathrooms seem to be a bit dated.

my suite was on 2nd floor and someone outside kept getting in and out of the car . felt room was too close to parking lot. the window was open and the AC kept making pounding noises and shutting off and on all night .
