Nothing that really comes to mind. Not sure if it’s far to ding the actual hotel for this but the restaurant could use some work. It was very nice looking and we were looking forward to trying it. The service was great but the food came out different than the menu descriptions and for a burger and chicken sandwich and kids chicken tenders, we paid $80. They added an 18% gratuity even though it was just two adults and a 4 and 1 year old. Again, not a huge ding against the hotel but something I’d love to see them work on as the restaurant was pretty much empty every time we walked by.

Our stay was great overall. We had an impromptu family trip to Disney and got a Junior Suite for my wife and I and our two small kids. The room was spacious and nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable. They even provided a full crib for our youngest which was so nice to not have to worry about a pack and play and it being way more comfortable for her. The updates were very nice overall - shower was large and with nice finishes throughout the bathroom. Some craftsmanship issues from the renovation but nothing crazy. The hotel itself was also very nice throughout. As others stated, only one main elevator was available to us due to renovations but I did see the service elevator could also be used. That said, the wait wasn’t bad at all for the elevator and I never once found myself frustrated by it. The staff was fantastic during our time and very accommodating. The pool being down was something we were ahead of ahead of time and we did have access to the Wyndham across the street if we wanted it. Parking was easy but did cost $25 a day ($35 for valet). Not bad - on par with everywhere else around but something to note. The shuttle service was very nice and came every hour. It was complimentary with our stay. I will say that the renovations and work being done had zero impact on us or our trip. I’d definitely stay here on our next visit and look forward to seeing how the rest of the renovations gos

Both rooms I've stayed in, interested past 3 weeks had broken tiles in the shower. They say they are remodeling, but these rooms seem to be remodeled already?

Only one elevator was working during our stay which meant we had to wait a long time to get up to our room, and had to squish in with other families.

The lobby is bright, colorful and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to call for ice and it came quickly, as well when we asked for a blanket for the sofa bed. Bathroom is spacious and bed is comfortable.

The pool and gym were closed due to renovations.

I loved the cleanliness and the new renovations. It turned out beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

The A/C wasn't as cold as we wanted it to be but we were uncomfortable.

I loved the updated room and the Italy/Riviera vibes it was giving. The beds were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the refresh of our towels each day.

I was aware of the renovations when booking. Not sure when the renovations will be done, but the only issue I had was there just being one elevator.

Even though the property was being renovated the hotel still looked modern and chic. They offered amenities such as shuttle service to and from the parks which was very useful. We came in late after 10 and Milly at the front desk was amazing. Super kind and very informative about our stay. 10/10 staff and the room was perfect.

I had already booked for a night prior and ended up arriving a day earlier and was charged double for parking fees for 2 days. Which I felt like alot of fees were not mentioned before on website or are hidden. And to top it off the pool was not even open and when I did call too book an extra day no one ever mentioned it was under construction. Which sucks because had i known that id book another hotel, price was steep for not all of the amenities available and an OK room. Our bath tub was also dirty with some weird brown stuff

I like how close location is to disney spring, fast drive. They say it's walking distance but with 2 little ones I would rather take the car ride over a 15 minute walk

The shuttle bus. It took us around 45 mins to get to the park and the buses only run every hour. Also the last bus is 90 mins after the park closes but Magic Kingdom is very difficult to get out of at night, so I'd recommend adding a few more buses at busy hours so it's every half hour and one or two more at night.

The rooms were newly renovated and very spacious they also have Aveda bath products which are great. The staff was super helpful as well.

Pool was closed. Too much construction. Not enough elevators and difficult to find stairs. The room wasn’t functional - electronics not working. Room had a strange odor like BO. Facility dated. Not up to Disney standards.

Newly renovated, personable staff, great ambiance, and walking distance to the springs!!! The beds are super comfy! Top 10% of the hotels I've stayed in, which is amazing! The beds alone will make me stay here again!
