everything in the room is dirty and old ( even in the restroom ) the floor creaks when you walk (I'm on the 2nd floor). It looks good on the picture but you will be disappointed when you see it in reality

I called ahead of time to see if the pool would be open the next day, and was told it would be, however the next day, The pool was closed. The room, while it looked clean was filled with bugs, found 3 in the bathroom, one crawling in the wall next to the sink, several on each night stand that could come and go, even one on the bed that I slept on. I was too tired to bring it up and all I could do was get rid of as much as I could myself. The toilet kept making flushing sounds, likely the flapper in the water tank was not making a tight seal and as a result kept 'flushing' every minute or so.

I loved the hot water in the room. There was plenty of privacy and the AC was very responsive. No issues with the wifi, and the room provided an adequate amount of sundries. Breakfast options are definitely plentiful.

They continue to let the other guest keep the room without putting it in his name after my booking dates with him paying in cash for over a week! Then long after my one night stay, there was an incident of some kind and now I'm on a do not rent list. I only rented for the first night. After that the room should have been rented in the person who went to the front desk and paid. ANY stranger off the street could keep paying once you check out and they never asked him for his i.d.!

I didnt like that I had to wait in a long line after midnight as only 1 worker, I was not given the room that I paid for and it was very dirty from the hallway carpets to the room carpets themselves, very outdated and did not feel very safe as there were homeless ppl literally sleeping across from the rooms, also we were told breakfast was included and until 10 am however on the day we went down it ended at 9am

The only thing good about this hotel was that there was a shuttle to the airport which i had to pay for and that there is a 711 and Mcdonalds within walking distance

The air conditioner units were loud & kept turning off & on, + it was still kind of hot in the room. The pool & hot tub were completely drained, & there was a chair & football shoulder pads in the bottom of the pool.

The breakfast was fantastic! It had an airport shuttle service, if needed. The beds & shower were great.

The Manager. Broken AC/Unit during an ice storm. Asked to switch rooms and the manager said “not an option”, so I informed him my heater wasn’t working and he said “I’ll have maintenance come up.” The Maintenance guy came up and confirmed that the heater wasn’t working, but they magically had another room available, however, it was a smoking room and I declined. I requested to check out to find another hotel and the manager said “all the other hotel’s are booked because of the ice storm.” I informed him that booking.com said otherwise.

I DO NOT recommend this place!!!! The front desk clerk had to be called by a taxi driver because he was no where to be found. This place was absolutely disgusting. We tried to find another place to stay they refused to refund our rooms. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The tub leaked in mine and my husband's room the tile was cracked in the bathroom. In my brother's room the door wouldn't close unless you locked the dead bolt. You had to enter rooms from the outside like a motel. This was not a hotel and I do NOT recommend it at all.

They lost my reservation, the shuttle van was run down, the carpet between the sink and bathroom door was soaking wet, the sheets were stained, there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. It was so disgusting that I slept fully dressed.
