The wheels on one side of our bed were broken off so it was lopsided. Maintenance fixed it part way through our trip, There needs to be more luggage carts available, and we waited for the elevator lots and lots of times.

The different level pools was a big hit with the kids. The location was great. We really liked having our rooms together on one floor. I liked how the balconies allowed you to see and hear the ocean!

The parking garage is terrible. Spots are too tight and you can’t just back in and out. Also they have poles blocking the door so it makes it even more stressful if you have kids in car seats because you can’t get them out. Also water leaks from the pipes in the parking garage onto your car snd left rusty water marks all over my car. Also, this place needs another set of elevators. Too many people you find yourself waiting for long periods of time for an elevator.

The pools were great. The location is awesome. Love how you are on the beach. The view from the balcony is great. Beautiful view The young man working at the pool checking bands was so nice and friendly.

Needs an outdoor shower or place to at least rinse off your feet coming from the beach. We tried as hard as we could to wipe our feet before coming into the hotel and still got sand on the carpet in our room...Ugh!

Location was great. Hotel needs a major overhaul...run down and shaby but clean. Views from rooms was spectacular.

The rooms are quite dated and the bed was awful. After running the air conditioner all night, we woke to the entire room and its contents being wet due to condensation. Other than the beach and pool, there isn't much to do within walking distance.

The location of this hotel for the beach cannot be beat and the pool is fantastic! Having a restaurant on site was convenient, but they were clearly struggling due to being understaffed. They definitely were doing their best!

The mattress was bad had a hard time sleeping. Their toilets are kick flush which is stupid . And we complained several times that the screen door was broken and the door was hard to open. The valve on the shower was broke and for a day there was no hot water.

Clean the staff the location. The staff made sure the room was cleaned and it was and they changed the sheets every day!

Rooms and especially bathrooms could use an upgrade the showerhead was really old. The parking is quite difficult as they have people with huge pickup trucks taking up 2 spaces so we were forced to park at a meter after coming back from the boardwalk at 11pm. The parking garage is very tight with little space to maneuver. Wish the pool was open later.

Location is great, facility is clean and pool area is fantastic.

The room and furniture looked and felt yucky and unsanitary, especially the bathroom. It did not smell great. The floors felt damp. Chairs and tables were dirty looking. We were happiest when we were not in the room. The AC was temperamental and loud. The shower drained slowly to the point of clogging. Our friends had a similar deluxe suite on the 2nd floor and their room and furniture looked way better. You have a great location. Spend some $ into fixing up the rooms.

We liked the location. It was easy to get to the beach. Laundry facilities and an arcade room were good to have as well.

Great location right along the beach. The boardwalk is about a mile and half away which is a long walk to get there plus the almost two miles of boardwalk and then the walk back. I recommend bringing your bikes. There is a bike rack in the garage to keep them. Then simply ride down to the boardwalk, lock your bikes up in one of the racks at the start of the boardwalk and then you are all set. The biggest issue I have is that all the dryers vent into the garage - who was the bright person who did that? Seriously, this makes the garage parking area like a rain forest which can’t be good for the cars either.

Sliding glass door got stuck, so my husband was stranded on the balcony. Luckily he was able to shout down to other guests and they alerted hotel staff who got into his room and opened the door. I'm not convinced about its three-star rating.

What I did not like was the kitchen, especially the stove. The stove was very vintage and the oven did not have a pan.

I liked the view and location of the hotel. The pool size was very good. My kids enjoyed the Arcade room. that is a plus.

Hotel looks run down and outdated; hotel adjacent to the front lobby had kids in the pool for hours literally screaming; it was impossible to read or rest for several hours at a time; you cannot get a glass of wine at a restaurant in Wildwood Crest - this is ridiculous.

The air conditioning stopped working during the second night and it smelled like it was burning. Sparks came out of the vent in the ceiling. I told the front desk about it and they really didn't seem concerned. Someone came up to look at it and got it working. Then that night it stopped working again and we had no air. It was muggy and uncomfortable in the room.

The hotel was clean and good access to the beach.

Couple things in room were broke such as the towel bar in bathroom and all the lights needed to be plugged in at arrival. Some empty beer cans were left on balcony.

Main hallways and glass hallways smelled like smoke and fish but this did not effect the room itself. Parking garage was very tight.
