Hotel 32One is in a great location. Right next to Chinatown and 5 minute walk to cable tram and 10 minute walk to wharf. The room was cosy, modern and a good size

The hotel is well located and we could walk pretty much everywhere. Chinatown, where you can buy little souvenirs is just next door. There are plenty of restaurants where to eat various food and museums are nearby. There are also the famous old tramways you can hop on in the neighborhood to have the full San Francisco experience.

The room is a little on the smaller side, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Main concern was the shower. Water would come out through the edge of the glass partition. We put a towel on the side to capture it so it wasn’t a major issue.

Great location! Near Chinatown. Facilities were clean. Nice and breezy fan. Staff was nice. Free drink for bar right next door was nice! Overall happy with our decision. Other hotels in the area seemed to be nice with the rooms but location reviews stated there were issues with the un-housed being outside. That was not the case here. Felt very safe. Fried in room was nice and there is a microwave downstairs you can use.

Toilet door could not be shut properly, and hot water kettle had to be requested. Heating didn't seem to be working but wasn't a huge issue.

Room was decently sized. Location was central and easy to get to from the BART train station. Super pleased that we managed to get an early check in around 12pm.

The lift was very old and slow. It then stops and has a split second before it opens so if your anxious of lifts avoid. There is only one lift so if you do get stuck as least it won’t be long before anyone notices. We were also in a room next to the lift shaft so could hear it creaking up and down all night.

The shower was great, very modern and powerful. The location was ideal for Chinese town and not too far to get taxi to pier for Alcatraz so was quite cheap. You can walk but it was very early when we left and had to be there at 8am. Bed was super comfy and there was a coffee maker in the room

I particularly disliked the way the reception staff tried to make us pay for an upgrade at the checkin by telling us that the room is going to be too small for 2 adults and a baby, even though the room description said it was suitable for the 3 of us. Turned out that the room was indeed spacious, but the bed was too small for 2 adults (again, even though the room description said it was a 2 adults bed). That said, I have a question to the hotel : why do you sell rooms with beds supposed to fit 2 adults and then say to clients that the bed is gonna be too small for them ?

The hot water taps in shower were difficult to work out. They turn central room heating off around 10:30pm - 7am. It was winter so I was cold esp. as no carpet. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Lift was slow - I used the stairs whenever I could.

We were in SF in February and it was correspondingly cool. Unfortunately, the rooms are only heated in the evening and in the early morning hours. But that wasn't a big disturbing factor, because with the additional blanket I was warm enough and could sleep well.

The hotel is very centrally located and you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff is friendly and helpful. For a three star hotel a fair price and the rooms are modern and freshly remodeled.

The building is very old and quirky, which is pretty standard for this area but in this building the elevator (there's only 1) is pretty slow. The hallways are really old, but the rooms themselves feel clean and new. I was on the 9th floor but the noise from the street was still pretty loud, but the view is really nice.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It's right outside of the Dragon's Gate and close to a lot of great food. The hotel itself felt clean and the bathrooms were renovated. The front desk staff were extremely friendly at check-in and check-out, they made the stay feel very comfortable.
