We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hotel is pet friendly, which I think is great! BUT, there was animal poop in the bedroom floor that wasn't cleaned up (we didn't bring any animals so we know it was the people that stayed before it). The maid came in our room at 9am on checkout day without knocking and slammed the door on the way out. We was running a little behind with taking our stuff to the car and the woman from the front desk told us she was going go call the police on us if we wasn't out in 5 minutes. The parking horrible. There was only 5 or so spots and you had to walk a good ways to get to the extra parking. The parking garage was closed...so you had to carry your luggage up the stairs to the elevator. The stove was broken. Only one of the plug ins worked. Tv in the bedroom didn't work. The pool was filthy. The only staff that was pleasant was one of the maids...there wasn't any sheets or anything for the pullout couch and the mattress was terrible. Anytime you sit on the bed you hit the metal under it. The door we has was so close to another rooms door that if we opened the door at the same time we would have been nose to nose.
Pretty close to the center. You can walk to the strip and pier. Full size fridge was a plus. Good oceanfront view.

United StatesWhat I didn't like was when we stepped on the patio and onto our/guest walkway where our lounge/sun chairs were there was lots of trash and cigarettes butts which is a safety and biohazard for children and animals. Several people used this walkway because it was close to the Wicked Tuna it was a very delightful and delicious restaurant that had a boardwalk for the guests to fish or walk upon to enjoy the view and see farther out into the ocean. Many people didn't clean up after their dog and staff watched them and never said anything. Which in fact is ridiculous its unsafe/unsanitary for any guest who decides to book here. Not to mention the staff is rude. They don't like to provide fresh towels or wash cloths. They prefer it if you use your one towel amongst you and your partner for several days, I think not. Give me fresh towels and wash cloths. We aren't doing a community towel. In which they charge you for a service fee yet they don't do any services, if you ask for house keeping they'll tell you it doesn't exist to do everything yourself.. They give you all these extra charges yet won't do a single service you've paid for. This was a very unfortunate stay. However I did make friends with other guests.
I really enjoyed that we had an ocean front patio. We got to see many sunrises and sunsets. They were immaculate we took many pictures of our view. Lastly I enjoyed how close to the beach we were it was only 50 feet away if that.

United StatesThe room had a molded smell and all my packed clothes had the smell as well. then shower had hair in it. there were no wash clothes. the bed was hard I didn't sleep all weekend. I was there to work the holiday weekend so it served the purpose. But I will not stay again.

United StatesThere was no toilet paper holder. You had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. We had no one come get trash during our stay. The room beside us had a connecting door, and it smelled like they were getting high a lot. I had 2 grand babies with me, so that bothered me quite a bit. There was also mold around the ceiling
This trip was gifted to me because of an emergency with another family member. The place was easily accessible and it was clean. I had a place to sleep, potty & shower. The beds were really comfy!

United StatesI didn't like the fact that our TV did not work, the Wi-Fi was not strong at all and we didn't have any wash rags upon entering the room. I also was not a fan of the elevator (it didn't seem up to date) and the pool temperature (it was freezing even though it was 90 degrees outside so we couldn't enjoy it) but overall, our stay was pleasant.
I liked the seaview and I liked the fact that I felt safe there. It was a convenient location and the staff were really friendly. I'd choose this hotel for my family and I again when we decide to book a trip to Myrtle Beach again.

United StatesDirty, the attendant would not give us a clean sheet when my child spilled her drink on the bed, the doors didn’t lock well, there was holes everywhere, mold in the doorways of our conjoined rooms, one bed had no comforter so my sister had to sleep without a blanket because the night attendant stated “they didn’t have any left.” Excuse me I spend $400 in 3days and get to sleep on a bed with no sheets and the other no blanket, air didn’t work so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night, when I asked how much to add another night the man told me $80 for one night extra double room no balcony but when I stated online it was only $60 with resort fees and all he was shocked. The staff left dirty linen in the hallways for over 8hrs outside our doorway (wasn’t ours) terrible parking options tore the bottom of my car up going into the parking area, the pool was disgusting no one ever made an attempt to clean the hair extensions or ciggs out of it the whole time, also advertised that it had an indoor pool when in fact the hotel next door (Bermuda Sands) has the indoor pool and you have to walk two buildings down to swim -it’s owned by the same person just different hotels… the stove was falling apart, the room had a dead rat in it!
