Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and since it requires guests to sign-in it was a bit of a hassle doing it every time.

Great location for the skiing, the lake, shops and restaurants. Plenty of space in room. The bed was comfortable. Just at north end of tahoe city,. Great value.

Hotels at Lake Tahoe are expensive. This hotel offered in-room coffee and tea with a kettle. That's it. However, it cost twice as much as the hotel I had in Reno which had full services and pools. But, that's just how it is at Lake Tahoe!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The weather outside was cold but the room was well heated with plenty of blankets. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and right across the street from the lake. This is in Tahoe City with quick and easy access from Truckee, both driving and by the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit free bus.

There was a fan issue in the bathroom. Had to keep trying to make it go on with the wall switch. Too cold to open the window in the bathroom.

The location was great for downtown Tahoe City. It's not far from Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort. Parking right in front of the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot water was immediate in the shower and sink, so no wasting water waiting for it to heat up.

The location is perfect to the lake and restaurants. The bed is comfortable and warm for a cold winter night. The bathroom is clean. I love the décor with hiking theme.

Michael in the reception area was incredibly informative, friendly, and helpful. He was able to direct us to the perfect places in town to check out and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife too! They were very accommodating and made our stay really enjoyable! As for the location, it is perfect. Great walking access to local shops, pharmacy, and grocery store. Will definitely be booking again next time we come to Tahoe!

Could have allocated us a room with a bit more space since we were 3 of us.

The staff was extremely friendly and warm. Room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very proactive in chasing the bear that strolled inside the parking area away at our night of stay.
