Incredible location tucked just a few blocks of Main Street and right off the water. Breakfast every morning was amazing and the staff were wonderful!

Ullikana was a beautifully restored and well appointed cottage with a view of the harbor, just steps away from everything Bar Harbor has to offer. Our room was attractive and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were lovely and efficient.

We went out of our comfort zone and stayed here based on great reviews and we were so glad we did. Jill, the inn-keeper was amazingly welcoming and we had a lovely stay. We loved the location, easy to get around town by walking and directly across from the beautiful harbor. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit Bar Harbor. We were traveling on our motorcycle and they let us use their hose to wash it. We stayed in the adorable Audrey room which was an upgrade that Jill provided. The breakfast was phenomenal and we loved all the welcoming touches you don't see at bigger hotels. Cookies, Cheese Platters, Wine, etc. It was all so good. :-)

This place was magical! its located directly with access to downtown yet hidden from all the action. Its located right at the water yet nestled in the trees. This will be our only place .currently trying to book our next trip here. The food was the most fresh food I've ever tasted. Even the water was cleaner than everything we had all up the east coast. The bedding was so comfortable that I didn't even realize until we had to stay in a hotel that my body didn't even hurt the whole time we were there. The staff including the young staff were so well trained, well mannered and incredibly well rounded/respectful. I work with the public, these kids make children fil a staff look pitiful and our area has the #1 chic fil a in the USA. We loved the complete experience ❤. I give them 💎💎💎💎💎 We booked last minute for 1 night and when we checked in, we booked 2nd night in other cottage. Fantastic! It is well worth the price! We paid affordable price first night (same as our Hilton/Hampton hotels), 2nd night was much higher which was common theme we saw at every place. I justified it with avg price. My biggest splurge was here and they exceeded our expectations! The food they make for you we will never forget! I recommend staying in the main house at the bass cottage in as this is where check in is located as well as breakfast. Definitely book salt and pepper, it has a single person jet tub/shower. Didn'tget to try it but nice.(note: its up 2 small set of stairs). However we had an AMAZING private floor level suite with a separate small living room with a total view of grounds and water. Hence higher price but soooooo worth it!

Salt and Pepper room could use some darkening blinds. Room was great, but with 5:00am sunrise we were up super early.

Staff was awesome and the home was very welcoming. Great B&B feeling. Wonderful property.
