Only problem we had was sugar ants around the bathroom sink area and on the floor.

Have been here many times with work travels. Clerk is always friendly.

Wood floors were very attractive but had no sound insulation, I thought that whoever was in the room overhead was trying to tap dance around his room.

The towels in the bathroom had holes and or tears. I didn't bother me at all, although I am more forgiving. This may be a bigger issue with someone else. Just friendly criticism.

Location was good. I was able to eat, get a a hair cut, and fuel up all with in blocks. Very close to downtown and parks.

The deadbolt wouldn't lock on our 3rd night, probably because of the extra humidity affecting the slot in the door frame.

Staff unfriendly. Place is very run down - water damaged ceiling, door peeling paint. No lobby. Coffee maker was dusty and dirty. They say in writing that penalty for dogs or smoking is $200. Neither applied to us but it felt excessive. It was highly rated on Booking.com in a very nice town & neighborhood but we couldn't figure out why. The whole vibe was that they don't trust their guests or neighborhood and it's not worth it to them to maintain it.

The room wasn’t clean. There was an open beer in the refrigerator, used coffe grounds in the coffee pot, the towels were dirty, and the woodwork looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the last 10 years.

Absolutely nothing about this property or staff was good. There is no lobby and you check in through a 8” tall window while standing outside.

where do I begin? nasty overall. my feet were black from the floor. had to finally just leave my shoes on until bedtime because I kept having to wash them. dirt, stains, grime, dust everywhere. door had a gape and you could see the sunlight come through along the side of it. the pillows were flat as pancakes. burn hole in the bed spread. paint chips on the wall caused by the back of the metal-backed chairs in the room. the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. i also had the hardest time pulling up the thing on the spout so the shower would come on. the hard water corrosion made it hard to do.

Three things. Hot shower, AC worked and surprisingly no bedbugs

Dirty wouldnt even use the shower gross. Dingy stained, bathroom, towels, wash clothes and blanket. I visit family often stayed at multi motels in the area not Worth the $100+.. Pay 20 dollars more to stay else where is worth it

The lock on my door didn't work. When I informed staff they told me I could leave my stuff in there and they would fix it while I was out for the evening. There was no way I was leaving my stuff in a non lockable room... but to their credit they did fix it while I was away. Once back in the room I found it crawling with insects (mainly large black crickets)... I'm guessing the room was left open for a considerable period of time while they repaired the door. One of my pillowcases also looked pretty dirty and I decided not to use it.

Location was ok. Staff were friendly.
