No choice of pillows which we would expect for the price.

Lovely large and airy room with a stunning view over SF Bay and the end of the runway. Very comfortable bed. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good en suite with an excellent shower and nice smellies. Easy walk from local eateries and the bay walking path goes right behind the hotel. Fabulous views of the planes taking off and landing. Hotel smaller than some of the others but was better presented.

Only one suggestion - the coffee makers are still small coffeepot - not the most sanitary. However, we could get coffee at the breakfast area so it wasnʻt a problem.

Itʻs very quiet, even though the airport is nearby. There are a couple of places to eat next door. We felt safe walking across the parking lot to the restaurants. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast selection was very good!

The airport shuttle takes a break from noon to 3 pm...which of course when when our flights arrived. This is not indicated on thier website. When I called about timing, it was difficult to hear what the staff person was saying. (There is a nice Chinese restaurant on arrival level if this happens to you)

Screens are needed for the windows..and the area around windows needs to be cleaned..on the outside.

The hotel is very well located if someone cares about proximity to the airport. The room was spacious and had the necessary amenities.

Waiting for shuttle.

Good location, tasty breakfast, comfy beds. The shuttle was on break in the early afternoon, seems to be the schedule. We had to wait, but it is only a short drive to the hotel. Plus we found great Chinese food at the airport while we waited.

The pillows were uncomfortable. I got a crook in my neck from trying to lie on them. They are way to big.

Check in was easy. The staff were pleasant. Parking was available.

I could not shower on the last day. No idea why all of the sudden it stopped working.

View of the Bay was number one for me. I chose thishotel for this reason alone. The breakfast had so many great options. As a vegan, I am always limited but I found enough food choices. Plus for the exercise room, small but did the trick. Great staff. Emily and Byron were so sweet.

The location is so great for the airport you can see it across the water & the Airport shuttle bus was very handy for our early morning flight. Our room was huge & the whole hotel was very clean & with extremely friendly staff. The decor may be a little tired but that’s my only negative.

Had to wait nearly an hour for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel... A more frequent service would have been helpful. If we'd know it was that long we probably would have got a cab. My reservation was for a bay-view room but it was on the opposite side of the hotel and primarily looked over the road/carpark

Room was clean, spacious and quiet. About a 5-10min drive from the airport. The information online indicated there was no breakfast but actually a full buffet breakfast was on offer for guests for no extra cost- a very nice surprise!
