THE BED MATTRESS IS STILL TOO SOFT AND LUMPY, IT IS BIG EVENT WEEKEND AND WE NEED TO LEAVE FOR WORK BEFORE BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE. WHY CAN'T THERE AT LEAST BE CEREAL, TOAST, YOGURT, SIMPLE MENU AVAILABLE. PAID $700 FOR MY STAY AND CAN'T EVEN GRAB A QUICK SNACK ON THE WAY OUT.

Walls in rooms were not clean. It looks like there is something sticky on them. Elevator was very slow and seemed to have some issues at times.

Swimming pool and location, as well as a reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was sad, to say the least (it's the 1 thing that can make a statement and it didn't). We didn't use the pool/hot tub. The neighbors we had were simply awful! At 3am I opened our door to ask them to stop. We couldn't sleep half the night because of them. I don't know if there is security staff overnight, but it would be nice if someone would walk the hallways a few times, to make sure guests behave.

Loved the hotel, the location and the cleanliness.Could see the Capitol from our window even! Overall, it was a very nice hotel with a very welcoming check in.

It was discovered after moving luggage in to our otherwise clean room that the bathroom was missed and totally unacceptable (gross). The attendant was embarrassed and switched us to another room, which worked out fine. Although there were 3 lamps in the room, the wattage was so low that we couldn’t read before turning in for the night. Breakfast was satisfying and had variety, however the older steam table covers were stainless steel requiring each person to open every section before deciding what to take. That also compromised the hot food.

It was located in a quiet neighborhood. Price was reasonable and an 8 min drive to our family who lived there. Bed was also comfortable.

The whole facility is showing some wear and tear around the edges. Feels dated and a bit tattered. The breakfast was the weakest link, truly a minimal effort. The eggs especially were almost inedible.

The room was clean and comfortable, to meet expectations. The location was good for my needs. The price was reasonable.

The other guests were loud and rude. We almost called down to the front desk to see if they could do something about it. Enforce a quiet time for all guests.

The breakfast was fine. Lots of options of both cold and hot. We appreciated that we could use that dining area later in the day to eat dinner. It was clean and friendly. Would stay again

Breakfast was poor( not really options, super wet eggs). Wanted to swim in the morning but pool was closed because it was getting cleaned.(should really clean it after checkout and before guests arrive)

Bathroom sink faucet was damaged when I arrived. Seems like the cleaning staff should have noticed that when they cleaned the room in my opinion. Could have easily been repaired before anyone checked in to the room. Makes me wonder if it was actually cleaned or just wiped down.

Bed was comfortable. I attended a concert and had never been to Madison before. I did a Google search on hotels near the venue. Google said this was the closest one. Turns out it was not by alot. If I do another concert at the Sylvee in the future I will not be so trusting in Google. Definitely not the hotels fault though.

Did not like 11:00 check-out - too early

Location was good for its money: you can go to the downtown by bus - it takes aprx 20 mins. Hotel building is quite new, so all facilities are good. Breakfast was okey - good choice of dishes. Hot food is available. Window view was great - you can even see the Capitol. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also, park is not far from the hotel and you can walk to the lake.

There were some stains on the bedsheets and the shower could have used a scrub down. Also, there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it started burning our eyes within minutes and we had to leave the pool area.

Check in was fast and easy. Price was great! I really like the look of the lobby- very modern. Breakfast was definitely a plus!

The facility was clean, smelled clean! The King room was very nice! Bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Big selection of food! The pool and hot tub were open until 11pm which is nice too!
